He’s doing great but visually I can see that she’s much older than him so it takes me out of the story a little. It works if this is a noona love story but they mentioned her age as being in her 20s.

I am enjoying this drama so far but I often wonder what the casting directors were thinking.

Wow. calm down - I would think even the saltiest of fishes would get their lifeless, unmotivated self up and do something in their situation.

What’s so hard to comprehend that not everyone has to like a show? That’s actually a no brainer lol.

I thought the same and actually dropped it at episode 16 as well! The female lead’s obsession with sleeping and stuffing her face is ridiculous. We are at war, man! (I definitely said this in Eddie Murphy’s voice) and she’s just clueless.

I also don’t think the FL’s acting is my cup of tea. Everything from her facial expressions to her delivery is just cringe.

Hi! This is actually a vertical Chinese drama but I agree with you that this particular one is addictive and I need need NEED A PART TWO. :)

I agree with you about the ML. He just oozes sexiness and is SO attractive.

The character he’s playing is a little much and so toxic but I can not stop watching.

I’m on episode 13 and she’s still the same - wide eyed with her deer in the headlights expression. I think the issue is also with Arthur Chen. He is so incredibly beautiful with his stoic expression so the contrast is a little jarring.

Unacceptable and quite frankly they lack professionalism. Even students follow prompts and guidelines teachers give in school!! How hard is it to think - oh yes, this won’t pass and write something that would!

I went into this drama not expecting much but ended up falling for it. It’s not often I find an actress naturally cute without trying hard, a storyline so cute and a such a swoony ML. OH WELL.

I didn’t finish it yet but reading the comments makes me sad. We deserved more than “it’s because of censorship!” Surely the writers know about the rules beforehand??? Couldn’t they have just followed the guidelines and write an ending that makes more sense while knowing for sure it will pass censorship!?? Can’t they hire a censorship professional???

Sorry I’m just tired of crap, abrupt endings and us giving the writers excuses. This was such a cute little drama that I thought I can rewatch over and over again.

Yes - the chancellor basically threatened him. I thought him giving her the cold shoulder and his maid disrespecting her was too premature anyway. Didn’t make sense.

I know what you mean. When the chemistry is so good, It’s hard to watch them with different actor/actresses. I am really Looking forward to A Dream Within a Dream though 🥺
