I’ve defended this man from day one and will continue to do so FOREVER. He nailed every scene and I felt everything he felt. WS and Manman are on FIRE. I don’t think I’ve loved a couple more.

I’m so glad they packed so much fluff already - all those back and forth jealousy scenes, him being confused, oblivious, etc. That way, even if it does take a few episodes to clear the misunderstanding, we already have plenty of scenes of them being together.

I totally understand where DQ is coming from. Not everyone are heroes and does everything for the greater good. She just wants a simple life with the man she loves. She never wanted Boya and never wanted to fight.

I am disappointed in her though because if she is turning her back on her family.

She apologized for not letting him know about the tunnel after they fell in love and even blames herself on episode 29 for her mistakes. I didn’t watch the trailer for 31 yet but I feel like what she did back then absolutely made sense in order to protect her family from harm. She’s right - what if one day he gets tired of her and decides to attack the Qiaos? For regular woman, keeping secret money from the husband is their protection, for someone like Xiao Qiao, she has the whole clan to worry about. I think WS understands that.

I only replayed it 8 times.

This drama is making us blood thirsty lol. I wanted to see that part too and I was cheering when that dude killed his father and step mom.

I was absolutely okay when I thought there would be no kiss scene (per LYN) because the story and chemistry was that good. But wow that KISS!!! I was not ready!!!!!

I think in addition to him finally trusting, forgiving and loving Manman, her journey is also the same. She also has to learn to give him her complete trust. This drama is too beautiful.
