The Mountainside Scene Brought Me Out of the Zone

I was really enjoying this drama right up to episode 9.... when I just got very upset. Partly because I just finished watching Luo Yunxi's Light Chaser Rescue, the segment with the writer lost in the woods really pissed me off. First of all, they should never have split up. Second, they should have all carried GPS, and other gear to communicate their location in an emergency. More importantly, though, the two experienced athletes should NEVER have let themselves become separated from their neophyte companion - and CLIENT!!!! The jealous boss didn't bother me as much because he was as much a neophyte as his client. But that girl and her childhood sweetheart were too self-absorbed to be professional about what they were doing, and I find that disturbing. Additionally, the girl drags her boss to take shelter under a TREE in the middle of a rain storm!!! Hello, death by lightning!!! I find it unrealistic that Chinese athletes trained to international competition standards would be that inept. REALLY jarred me out of my feel-good moment.

A Bit Melodramatic, but Definitely High-Tension!

This scene raises the stakes in the Governor's Mansion to their height. Everyone is in danger at this moment. The Governor's fortunes are at their nadir, while his enemy is at his zenith. Who will triumph in the end???Will this end in tragedy for the governor, or is there a "happy ending"????
