Honestly surprised that I'm the only one that dislikes the main protagonist. Maybe his character is supposed to be aloof and prideful, but it's not an interesting kind of aloof. It's more a dull, forgettable aloof and annoying type of pride. I'm only on ep 6 and his character is supposed to keep Commander Luo happy (cause they have guns and he needs their man power), but does his character get better in future episodes?
Not in the first 12 episodes so hopefully not lol.
He agrees to teach her at the end of ep 3 and first day was in ep 4. Also, should be no love triangle at all if it follows the novel (which it is following closely so far)
For those who have read the novel, do you think they will have the epilogue paparazzi scene in the drama? The one where they are detained by the Ministry of Defense ๐
Darn... I forgot there was slight angsty moments in the novel... I should have waited till they got pass that and onto the fluffy stuff before starting to watch. T . T
I felt like they indicate season 2 at the ending.. but the thing that happened in china right now, i doubt they…
Also, the last 5 episodes were quite rushed. I wonder if they had a 2nd season planned but the drama got hate so they had to pack in all the important stuff from the "second season" into this season cause they knew they probably would not be getting a second season.

My question is if they did have a 2nd season, what would it be about, because they can't just have it only about the world competition. They even used some of the plot that was supposed to be in the worlds and merged it with this final tournament (fatty's food poisoning scene) There would have to be a lot of new content written vs this season where most content was just following the novel. And tbh, if that were true, I'd rather it not have a 2nd season cause there aren't many dramas that have done 2nd seasons like this without failing.
Yes same! But there's extra chapters to the novel which means there's chances of second season ๐คญ
THB, I liked the novel ending of the novel better. The tournament was more detailed, more battles were described instead of being skimmed through and more character development. They end around that same spot (after the National tournament), but novel has epilogue/extra chapters that have story about them moving onto the International competition.
Amazing drama overall. However, I do wish they had a couple more episodes allotted, as the tournament part at the end seemed a bit rushed. It would have been a more satisfying win if we actually saw them work throughout the tournament instead of just short clips up to the final battle. Also, a few more episodes would have allowed for better, more comprehensive battle scenes like the one the had for the final battle. The final battle was so much easier to follow then all the other battle scenes shown prior (imo as a non-gamer). I wish all/most of the gaming scenes was like this instead.
i have watched 4 episodes n i really dont know if i should continue after watching some previews. are all the…
I found that it got more interesting as you watch. First few episodes were kind of bland. Not sure ot the angst is worth it yet as I still have not finished the drama yet. There are still a few episodes left to air.
Uhmm.. WHYYY DOESS THIS DRAMA ONLY HAVE 31 EPISODESS, I KNOW IT HASN'T ENDED BUTT WHYYYY(โฅโฏ๏นโฐโฅ)เธ
I wish it had 40 episodes. The 2nd half of the drama kind of feels rushed. Plus the can put the world Championship part of the story. At this pace, it doesn't seen like they will do that.
Anyone else disappointed at the direction the drama seems to want to portray LSC's mom? I was expecting a happy auntie who os relir that TY saved her son from being single for life ๐
