Unfortunately, I think those evil characters of human being exist in every countries, depend on the degree of it and how much the world known about it. Electing a genuine good leaders is ultra important, for changes toward the right direction.

I am not sure. I am in USA. Slowly learn some of the S. Korea history by reading and watch true stories movies. I think corruption is always the source of the issues from top to bottom. From the presidents, dictators to the general public. I have attach a list of true stories movies.
