Why can’t I find a real comedy lately?

Tried to be funny but not funny, tried to have personality but awkwardly poor taste. Felt like the story all over the place

Very touching story. Powerful, important part of China history. Production wasn’t the greatest, but the main leads all did their part well. I especially applaud Maggie Cheung, Vivian Wu and the mother’s acting. Their facial expression was gold.

So weird but some scene were so funny. Had some good laughs. A few brutal fighting scenes, but it is typical Hong Kong Kung Fu style.
