First of all I am korean. Japan has apologized numerous times and are sending millions of dollars to korea every year. Normal young japanese people are ashamed of their ancestors when they hear what they did.
You have no knowledge and argue with emotions, are you possibly a woman? Be ashamed of yourself for your shitty arguments.
It's 100% politics disguised as a love story. People might hate me for this but truly disappointing IMO, and i f*cking love Jung Hae In. They are putting some really weird dramas on disney+, last one was the extremely confusing "Grid". I wonder what Disney is going for with their korean dramas?
I feel this drama is going to get totally forgotten soon. For me its a hidden gem. Really liked the creepy vibes. If you are into thrillers you should really give this one a chance!
Bro i swear the people saying the creatures design is goofy. The directors just followed the webtoon, is it wrong?
Then the directors needed better sense to bring this to live action. One way could be to go for the "never show the monster/ghost"-concept, and keep the hulks to dark scenes etc, be more suggestive in the way they were portrayed. Not ps2 cutscene graphics in broad daylight...

Well it IS politics at this point. The people who did bad things are dead today, and the leaders of both Japan and Korea are mostly old conservative men who can't get along. Normal japanese and korean people live their lives just like anyone else and don't hate each other. An easy example - japanese idols do concerts in Korea & korean idols do concerts in Japan. Times are changing.
I really loved the creepy vibe of this drama, and that they had the balls to do some really dark stuff with the writing (for example what happened at the railroad). Definitely a modern classic korean drama already.
I'm on 19 episode now and I love it! I just don't want it to end! I kinda understand the points of bad reviews…
Its an amazing drama don't worry. Many also forget that the writer is famous for his comedies, so it shouldn't really be analyzed like its the next Christopher Nolan masterpiece... lol. Just enjoy!
For people who are new to Lee Kwang Soo, he's an actor but... basically a troll comedian, lol. So don't take the drama that seriously even though there are some dark elements - just sit back, relax and enjoy the ride! Its definitely good and funny so far!
Its a good drama but the last episode and "big reveal" felt meh. The eraser was not the one I thought so indeed they did a good job there, but it still kind of felt underwhelming and not satisfying enough somehow. Do you guys understand what I mean? I have no energy to deeply analyze the drama but if you looked back at each murder/situation with the eraser, while now knowing who it is - you would probably find alot of inconsistencies. What I want to say is that it doesn't feel like a polished script.
8/10 up to the last episode, then because of the last episode I gave it a final rating of 7/10.
