I named Hong Jo "Cinderella at Work" Since the drama started, when Mr Gong kept giving her unwanted tasks, and when she was not allowed to join them for dinner. She sadly watched him walk away accompanied by her two female colleagues. Also when her female colleagues mocked her and one laughed maniacally when reading the office Prince Charming aka Jae Kyung complimented her... Mr Gong and her two female colleagues remind me of Cinderella's Evil Stepmother and Evil Stepsisters... 😂😂😂

Although I don't live or work in SK I don't think this drama promotes that. On the contrary, in this drama Shin Yu repeatedly told Hong Jo to deal with the office bullying, first, he gave her a phone number to the Ministry of Labor to file a complaint about the office discrimination. He also saw the organization chart in which she is responsible to 7 departments above and told her to clean that up. He basically urges Hong Jo not to be a pushover at work and fight the unfair treatment she received.
