It's adapted from a novel. I don't read it, but I watched till Ep 4 (2 more ep later today). It's clear that ML never loves the other twin (the actress), they only have 3-year contract for publicity and profit for both parties. So far he doesn't know about the impersonation yet, although he can tell the striking differences between FL and her twin from his previous meetings with the actress. Her own personality is what makes him fall for her, up till now he's already jealous, and his heart rate increases when they make physical contact. 🤣

There are three emojis in Ep 21-22 calendar: broken heart, plane, and wedding (I assume church with 2 hearts). I don't read the novel, but my guess is she broke up with him since her sister is back and goes exploration somewhere far. Then her sister finds out that her twin and ML really love each other so she tells ML that the girl he's in love with is not her but her twin. He gets into the plane to find her. Then they meet again, it's happy ending.
Another guess is that ML somehow found out along the drama that there are twin sisters and the girl he's in love with is the twin not the actress but he goes along with the lie. She is probably feels embarrassed she has lied to him all along so she left, thinking that ML loves the actress/her twin, not her.
After knowing Than and Meena met at the temple, I think Arthit will suspect Than wants to steal his girlfriend (Meena), or Than and Meena have an affair behind him. He will find out that Than and Cathy know each other but he doesn't know that they have a business relationship. So Arthit will suspect that Cathy helps Than by her pretending to be Arthit's girlfriend so Arthit will break up with Meena as Than suggested.

Jiu Si will divorce Yu Ru to keep her safe, as he told her when she was sleeping. Mom also told her about the divorce in the carriage. As the political situation gets worse, the couple will separate while long for each other and each will have character growth. Yu Ru will keep doing business to keep the Gu family property safe, while Jiu Si joins the military. Of course, here and there they will meet but no longer as husband and wife.

I suspect the same as you did (Jekyll-Hyde personality disorder as you said). I thought that the dad has a multi-personality disorder when in Ep 15 the drama reveals him as the killer and he hits ML, he doesn't wear glasses. I thought he looks like a completely different person.
