Up till Ep 20, no romance although the leads are married. ML seems like wants to be closer to FL (before, he disliked her) but FL is busy saving herself from the bad in-laws, and then the plot turns more serious (palace political scheme).
I don't think Qin Huo Le is a mind reader, right? He seems more like a mix of criminal profiler Shen Yi from UTS and genius eccentric Lu Yao from MRIAD.
Usually I don't like repetitive flashbacks, but I smiled during the entire flashbacks on how they first met and so on (when they talked on the school rooftop in Ep 31). So sweet...

She met Liu Min Tang later and was sarcastic with LMT's missing her husband, but HZ didn't tell her that CJ is CXZ. That poor LMT was left confused by HZ's rudeness.
