This is a remake of TW and Korean dramas, and I liked this one much much better, I like this take on the original story for some reason Japanese culture is very mellow and slow paced....so Im fine with this take....

Im actually glad I didnt like how pushy she was, so probably both the ex and the Ren's ex will definitely be a catalyst to their relationship, but if they followed all original stories there is a reason why Ren cant confess tho......

Maybe too pushy or a flashback we need to see more on episode 2

I think frenemies, he might have a crush on her since she helped him in her first case...so probably thats why he lets her get away with all the beating since he knows people he is working for are all crooked scumbags......

I know what you mean, I'm watching the Japanese drama I dont love you yet and they gave both vibes the friendship and romantic one, I also just finished Because This is My First Time and they also gave me the friendship vibe and boomed blossomed into romantic and also there isnthebmad chemistry on screen as is all acting....tbh you never know wir these actors they get all comfortable with each other but Sandra and Deng Lun are both amazing actors that I'm already on episode 8 and can start feeling the romantic chemistry now.....even after the make up , the wig fan and fighting scenes lol

We should learn from all those dramas that start as a friendship and end up like a love story Im on episode 8 and I can feel the chemistry, and romance build up the script is written like they need each other in a buddy way and he doesn't see her as a woman I guess that's why it should feel that way at the beginning....

Well he is actually a main lead out of 4, so he must be a really influential character to the story is like the two young male main leads I can't choose from since I consider them equally unique, so I trust the three male main leads have a reason to pick this one since all of them are in the peak of their acting careers individually to be ONLY main leads.

I have tried his other dramas I liked him but not the pairing so I haven't really enjoyed it so kind of drop after a few episodes I binged watch first episodes overnight because his chemistry with my girl Sandra Ma is on point and the script is good they act and deliver good lines and the comedy is on point since I always seen him in very serious roles same with Sandra ....Gold!

Same here Im on episode 5 and can't wait to get more this is gold after so many gaming, wuxchia etc from China

well the synopsis I read still describes her as chubby tho

The character is supposed to be chubby, I guessed she didn't wanted to gain that much weight because it could be a toll on her to lose it back so the script was written like that she is supposed to be overweight and China's size standards than different than the rest of the world.

OMG coming to say that I haven't enjoyed a Chinese drama like I enjoy Korean dramas since Love me If You Dare with Sandra Ma I love the script and acting so much.....Hao Ze Yu grew on me from 0 to 10 in a bit......

OMG it gets better and better otokeeee another week......it is just perfect......

I've seen Lee Se Young act in romantic comedies, but I dont know if it is just me but she is nailing this mentor/admiration/love thing really well like I never seen her have those kinds of stares with neither of her previous co-leads I was actually disappointed for the lack of chemistry since I like her very much I think she is one of the prettiest Korean actresses out there, and Ji Sung well he is just being him good actor those stares and puppy eyes we've seen them before that's why we are here, aren't we?

oh yes the cute doctor and the sour sister, I wanted the cute doctor with main girl because I wasnt sure if they were going to go romantic with main lead but now I ship both leads...

plus a little romance "crossing fingers" hope is not only a tease...

Sooo I watched raw because I couldnt wait so at that last conversation between Yo Han and the prosecutor over the phone I knew he was being territorial (Yo Han) implying to Shi Yeong but the way he said it I was intrigued to know what he was saying so when I finally watched with subs and he said "My Trainee" I never knew saying My Trainee in Korean would sound so sexy until Ji Sung I guess he is just too much to handle .......

Yes I like her in The Gentleman of Wolygyesu and saw her on Vampire Detective and I knew she was pretty and no one dimensional kind of character which I thought would help her grow in this business and obviously Hit the Top is one of my favorite dramas so I loved her X2 there.....
