Taking a break between ep9 and the only characters I liked are the manager Kajorn (so caring), the trainee Sky (a sweetheart), and the director that picks Sky.
That place Alice's owner (Jay's uncle) seems nice but does he not know what is going on in his place???
on episode 8 and, where is the development? everythings moving insanely slow: the plot, the revenge, the romance.…
Jay has sweet moments but this is why I am struggling to completely like him because he non-con kissed and touched Sun so many times. Sigh. Apparently in the book/webtoon, he's worse. Then again there are still some really sick freaks in this show.
From what I understand…Jay got suspicious from the very first episode that Sun was probably the one he was searching…
It would have been good if they took 1 second extra to show him opening a pack. But good to know. I like when actors discuss things like these in their reaction videos. We miss a lot of stuff.
I started ep9 and had to pause at that pool scene. God I hope that rapist drops d..d. I am already watching this episode in 2x exactly to get past this and still had to stop to collect myself. Oof. Hope there is no more. And I hope he doesn't do this to Sun too.

He could have just checked Sun's tattoo instead of beating him up. 🥲 To me, it wasn't obvious why Jay was attracted to Sun in the beginning. Maybe since you've read the novel, you could understand it better. The drama made it confusing.
Oh I see. The flashback didn't make it clear when exactly they met or I missed the clues. It seemed like some time had already passed since he had already quit working as a debt collector.
I'm sorry but I personally didn't like the NC scene. He looked like he was in pain. And I guess crying during sex is just his thing now. Also, I wish more dramas showed safe sex practices. But afterwards it was good that they talked and Jay told him who he was. Some moments Jay is sweet. Other moments he seems selfish. When he locked him in the bathroom and started kissing him, I was thinking, you're going to ruin his ironed shirt! Then when the director asked if he was ready, I was saying, how can he be? He didn't even get to study his lines. 😆
Overall the show is interesting. I'm just worried about ep9 now. Heard there is a rape scene. 💔
It’s the budget. They don’t have the budget for a team to travel elsewhere. Please understand budgetary constraints.…
So many excuses for AI as if they are not shooting at other locations too and paying for rent and transport fees there too. They might as well fire the actors and make everything with AI and steal their likeness like the average youtuber with their AI slop. Meanwhile this AI crap is seriously distracting me from focusing on the story.
Firstly, it was Sun who initiated the sex. Jay said that as long as he didn’t bottom, he was okay with it, so…
Yes, I know Sun initiated that one night stand. That's why I was confused why he was crying the whole time. But it's disturbing that someone is crying during sex and you don't stop and ask, "are you okay? Do you want to go on? Are you in pain?" Something along those lines. At least it felt awful to me.
Since it was a flashback, it wasn't clear what happened that triggered him. Also the way they switched between the present and past, they made it seem like Jay started having sex with him right there after turning him and removing his clothes and then a shot of Sun crying so I almost got trauma from that scene.
As long as Jay doesn't force himself on Sun, there's a chance I'll like him. I can see good sides to him but I thought he was after Sun because he realised it was Sun back then as well. What would he do if they were 2 different people? I wonder.
I just completed ep6 and I don't understand Jay. I thought he knew who Sun was. So all this time he was seducing (technically it's SA due to the power dynamic if we're being real) Sun without knowing who he was?
I also found it disturbing that Sun was crying the whole time during sex in the flashback. I don't know why. And Jay seemed to enjoy that.
I'll hold my opinion of that scene for now but I do not like Jay as of now and I really pity Sun's circumstances. What a horrific industry.

But how much budget is needed to go outside and shoot them looking at the sky? They can even change the dialogues a bit according to weather conditions. Or maybe look at a star map on a screen while explaining the same things. You can adjust things. Look at how many short dramas China made in the past with a low budget.
Hahahaha any excuse to fit in kissing scenes this drama….lol…. Like that heated exchange between MJ &…
It really looked like the director wanted the leads to kiss but not have it lead anywhere else so they had to kiss mostly in outdoor locations like some scrapyard, the alley, the car, airport, etc.
Just started this series. Comment section is full of spoilers so I'm not going to scroll through it. Is everyone…
Reason for asking is after ep1- Sun is/was a debt collector that used to beat up and torture people. Other director ML whose name hasn't been revealed seems to be a narcissist. Who charges that much for a cigarette. Plus why did he even throw the cigarette on the ground. Very a-hole like. Bank - got Sun's brother killed and ran off with Sun's money.
