I had meant to relay that my comment held no negativity nor desire to shame you. If you were fine with people disagreeing with your theory, you would consider the validity of our counterpoints. Your original comment seemed strinkingly wrong as there is no evidence in the show to support it. This is PROBABLY why a different commenter remarked that you were "projecting" earlier. Not in the scientific definition, but in the more mainstream definition of forcing your desires into the narrative, I believe.

He’s believed himself to be the best until he meets the actual best. Except, Li Xun doesn’t even see him as competition and neither does he treat him as an equal partner. That plus everyone around him praising LiXun…. including the WOMAN he’s attracted to. He shows interest in her before she shows interest in LiXun. So…. not gay. Not the only thing.
