It irritated me how the FL was in constant communication with her ex in the beginning. If she wanted to cut him off for cheating, she should have done it completely. It also pissed me off how the FL didn't put Do Yoe Joo aka the sidechick in her place. Why she kept humouring the both of them i don't get
I can only tolerate 1 episode, it was hard for me to continue watching all the stupidity enveloping this drama,…
LMAO. This was my exact sentiment. She annoyed me so much in the beginning i couldn't get past episode 10. I mean she just barged in there like she owned the building.
Don't mind me just ranting. I can't stand the FL lead. She doesn't understand the concept of boundaries and deliberately ignores the word 'NO' and this behaviour doesn't fly with normal people - it's harassment.
I really, sincerely, genuinely DESPISE that ghost. She has this annoyingly obnoxious level of entitlement over Bong Soon's body. If things were switched around and it was a male ghost instead acting like our female ghost is, then it would have been called sexual harassment/assault.
so yi joo is the real offspring of their family, then who is her real mom? and where are yijoo's stepmom and yoo…
Remember the grandad said he thought Yi Joo and her mom died in a fire. If Yi Joo survived, then there's a possibility her mom did too. And Jamie has a burn scar on her arm.
wait wait wait, so that's what i was missing on. honestly when they first showed her it felt like they are related…
And don't forget the burn scar. I knew it was important when the camera panned in on it. Much like the other car in the accident scene in episode 1, even though it's minute, they don't focus on those little details unless it's important.
it’s just how it was during those period..she’s even stronger than most females back then..
I understand where you're coming from. But isn't he the bad person for leaving her there? Even if he didn't plan on continuing the marriage, he could've at least bought her and taken her back to Joseon. Her loved ones were anxiously waiting for her there.

But how would he have taken her back? We've already seen that he's a man who cares a lot about other people's opinions and what they say. The entire town knows that she was taken Qing. Deep down, would he have truly taken her back, and what would her position be in that household?

Someone told HIM that she had been sold. That was not good reason for him to abandon her in Simyang. He even lied to Eun Ae and Yeon Jun that he sent someone to look for her....

@OneAjhussi Clearly you still harbour a whole load of bitterness from being cheated on. This show is not for you, come back and rewatch when you’ve healed.
Everybody else seems fine with this, but I'm not, so I'm going to rant. I don't understand why everybody is so gung-ho about Se Kyung/Eun Yu. One major purpose of the storyline was to fix Yi Chan's love life, but we seem to have lost that plot.
I would like to see less of Eun Gyeul and Se Kyung's/Eun Yu romance (their opportunity for romance is limitless back in the present day), while seeing more of Chung Ah (her screentime's so limited i want to pull my hair out). Plus, the past should be focusing more on the people that belong in that timeline.
I find Se Kyung SO annoying and obnoxious. I couldn't care less about her mum's first love! She thrives on the attention she gets from pretending to be her mother and irritates me so much, i actively skip the scenes she's in. And finally, Se Kyung's/Eun Yu logic makes ZERO sense!!!! How does she expect to set her mum up with her first love when she's the one experiencing the romance and not her mum?
