This show was like a fever dream I swear!😂 You know when you're scrolling through youtube or insta and something peaks your interest every now and then? Well, that's exactly how I felt while watching the show! It was so over-the-top dramatic, and at times, strangely funny, I was genuinely shocked each time I'd catch myself grinning or giggling😂 Honestly, wouldn't be offended with the idea of another season
This show is definitely not for everyone. The artistic style is a choice. It's meant to come off as bad, but entertaining and light-hearted. I respect it, and respect that it might not be everyone's cup of tea.
Will I be watching this series again? Maybe not the entire thing. But I might come back and watch an ep or 2 if I'm down just to lighten my mood
I don't care what yall say, but I NEED A 2ND SEASON!!! That ending reveal changes how we look at the entire series entirely!!!! We NEED to know more about Zo, Sun, and if Pitch is still even alive at the point!!! And like, where those videos really deleted by Zo (which I don't think he did), or was it actually set up like that by K'Suzzie!!! And what was with K'Host and K'Suzzie being batshit crazy scared of K'Sun! What did he do to end up in jail !?! And how did he get released, or did he escape!
Yup aware of that. What I'm trying to convey is that the show doesn't make it a point to make the viewer feel as though it is a bl and that they aren't able to shoot certain scenes due to the law. Also, for AB, the ending of that novel never made sense to me. It didn’t feel like an ending at all. Confused about it to date...and the series also didn't feel like it was supposed to be anything other than bromance thankfully cuz can you imagine the torture we'd have gone through watching painfully the main leads not doing much at all! (Hope I'm making sense😅)
Not really, no. No queer-baiting. Its kinda like advanced bravely if you know what I mean. Doesn’t feel like a bl is what I'm saying. Its not giving any hidden meaning or agenda and expectations as of ep 9
Someone please tell me if this is based on a novel/manga/manhwa please! The pacing is god awful, and so are the translated dialogues, and i like the plot quite a lot. Reminds me of History Trapped!
As i read the plot, I suddenly got Love In The Air and 2gether vibes/de ja vu types...I love Joong, and Khun Dunk, so I'll give it a try i guess...maybe...not entirely certain...
I was a little surprised to see this has the same director as Tharntype, hopefully not as a toxic relationship…
Like the other commenter said, he did direct Lovely Writer. Apart from that, he himself didn’t like how toxic TT was and hence refused to do a S2 when approached. The auther of TT was very much involved in its making, and hence the director didn't get much freedom to do what he liked, and how he invisioned the series as. We can see him throwing shades at said author in LW which we stan!😂 He's also directed Something In My Room, and Magic Of Zero which were amazing! So don't worry. I have 100% faith in him!
Last I checked, Nilundun and Girllove Girlfriend are essentially cancelled. They never met their air date, without…
Oh no what😠I was looking forward to thkse two!!! I am excited for the ones you've mentioned as well! I just was a tad bit more excited for Nilundun though🥲
Did i read your entire commentary? Yes, yes i did. And i agreed with almost every you've mentioned. And at this point, i do believe somewhere around half way through the series, i did start to gaslight myself into liking the show lmao cuz i so badly needed one gl that would quench my thirst for representation! I just finished watching the finale, and i honestly think they could have resolved the entire "Grandmom understanding and validating (sort of??) Sam's feelings, and letting her live her life" in a stretch of at least a minimum of 2 episodes. So so many problems in the finale, but gotta ignore it for the greater good lol... Anyway, I'm holding out hope for 23.5, Nilundun and its gl-specific spinoff!
Honestly, wouldn't be offended with the idea of another season

Thanks for letting me know
Thanks
My previous reply was after watching its ep😄
