I quite enjoyed the previous episodes but thought this latest one (4) was weak, both from a story and acting perspective. It was too childish, didn’t progress the story very much, and what was with Aungpaos character peeing himself?? Really?? Hopefully it’ll pick up again.
Yeah but they have the best looking boys in town... so you know - gotta roll with them punches!
I don’t disagree regarding their talented actors, however, as I keep saying, GMMTV is a business, and businesses are in the business of making money. They're not an acting charity.
They will do what makes them and their shareholders the most amount of money and profit. What you see as the bare minimum is their business model. Ultimately, it’s a choice artists make to work for GMMTV, and for people to watch their shows.
You could argue that any actor who signs that contract, irrespective of their talent, is signing up to that business model. So, let’s not just put all the blame on GMMTV ☺️
And most entertainment companies (and all other BL studios) are the same. GMMTV is not more "evil" than any other.
Is it too much to consider Ticket To Heaven as the best BL, yet made, in the live action genre’s relatively…
It's a good BL and the premise of the story was good, but it was not very well executed in my opinion. The acting itself wasn't the issue for me, it was the repetitive dialogue. Every dialogue was about the same thing. Over and over again... I ended up losing interest and started scrolling on my phone which is not a good sign. That said, it had its moments, but they weren't enough to make up for the rest of it being too dreary.
When the pilot came out I was looking forward to this, but sadly it didn't deliver for me.
Agree on the overall BL topic, I'm glad it exists - despite its flaws. And we have certainly seen improvements to the genre over the past 4-5 years. Long may it continue!
people are complaining about gmmtv because, compared to any other show that came out this year, you maniac has…
The pilot trailer for this show was by far the most watched.
The reasons why GMMTV didn't do any of the stuff is a) artist schedules b) because they simply didn't need to c) money
Est and William have some of THE most extensive, busy and demanding schedules of all their artists - with the exception of possibly Fourth. I'm surprised they haven't collapsed from exhaustion.
GMMTV is not a charity, it's a business, and businesses are in the business of making money. Press tours, special episodes yada yada cost money. If you don't need to do them you don't, and they didn't need to for this one.
If they can sell a show for a ton of money to a streaming service, guess what - they will. Why? Because money.
Dont watch 🤡🤡 no one is forcing u but stop this forceful hate agenda 🤡 if u cant find anything to criticize…
Well, you're kinda contradicting yourself there though as you're saying it's your own personal opinion but then you say you're just describing the facts.
You can have an opinion, but that doesn't make it a fact.
"There is nothing stable in human affairs, therefore, avoid undue elation in prosperity or undue depression in adversity."
My biggest issue with this one was the constant and repetitive religious dialogue. It was too much!
I mean, it certainly doesn’t change the fact that you’re in illiterate moron 😂
Will look into Nour.
In the meantime, let’s enjoy watching gorgeous looking boys kissing each other ☺️ albeit sometimes very badly 😂

Good luck on his showbiz journey! Interesting to see what comes next.
Better watch yourself Fourth, you've got some competition coming your way 😂

Very odd ending btw...
