i wasnt a fan of Song Zu Er . Didnt like her acting in previous dramas and I was prejudiced against her in this drama too. But watching 5 episodes and reading the novel a bit convinced me she is a right choice for the role.. She is winning me in this drama.. time to revise my impression of her .. and watch her dramas with more objectivity

It was born the moment she said "No one is allowed to bully her "Didi" ", and stood up for him when Ai Lin Jiang bullied and mocked him in the context of Wu Ya, it strengthed further when she roared in the restaurant at Tang Ling and her underlings that she has her "Didi"'s back and will hear from her if they bully him again.. those are such defining moments in his life, and he fell deeply in love.

As for Li Su, i was wrong when i thought she was talented - atleast in running a business . All she had was some tricks that kept her in good stead while she had enough cash and assets to burn through . Once all financial resources dried up , it was obvious she was just a one trick pony - Atleast viewers will be happy to see her loose the company , and Ding Zhi Yuan at the same time , with a new born child to raise with nothing in hand - reminiscent of exactly what unvieled in Man Li's life when Li Su entered it.
Because her old boss is not asking her to sell insurance but to handle market promotion and outreach activities…

Her phenomenal rise caused immense jeolousy amount her colleagues and even in her boss i guess - as he feels she doesnt listen to him any more- which he said many times. He is not a hater , thats obvious from him trying to protect her when she was sued . may be he feels a little guilty of his own little jealousies when he saw her at her lowest point - she is a kind person despite what her colleagues say -, am sure he is aware of it. but her being a great insurance seller and potential threat to his company is something he is clearly aware - so the offer i thought was more to protect themselves from removing her from competitions side..

true.. I was a huge supporter of Wu Ya's decision (More like her parents weening her off Xiao Zhou's love.. ) .. He wasnt even making concessions given his own mother;s treatment could use more funds.
Xiao Zhou came out of long term love which ended on a bitter note, also he is just able to stand up on his own , driving straight into deep love with an older woman who isnt even keen will only hurt him .. given he is just 28/29 , he should take it easy, learn as much as he can from Manli, take her as his mentor, and enjoy the 2nd life her kindness granted with out putting any pressure on himself, and letting her be
