why the fuck can't they just make it a two couple romance why????why does it have to have a love triangle
They need to forbid the love triangles in Dramas for at least a few years(around 4-5 yrs).
So, when they finally bring the disgusting love triangles back it will feel nostalgic or it might even feel refreshing

Title Dazzling
happy ending, the guy got married and had 5 wives and 11 children
Are you trolling or is this adapted from one of those sigma male harem novel?
From the synopsis the ML doesn't seen like a all knowing playboy who rizzes up chicks left and right. And the FL doesn't seem like a meek lady who gives in to the trash ML's every whims and forgives all of his ridiculous behaviours/mistakes.

Maybe you should write your own drama, since you know better than experienced screenwriters.
I think you are being a little hard on her. I find @haloum's comment pretty fair. It doesn't seem like a hate comment and I find it interesting. And, if she is being honest then I am thankful because it helped me take a glimpse at what to anticipate when I am watching the drama.
Some want the MC to be emphasised more and don't want them be too forgiving. While some want every charater to have a decent backstory and character development along with redemption arcs. Nothing wrong with wanting any of the two.

The "Yet" in my comment clearly means I will be watching the drama in the near future.
And yes I don't have to watch a show to understand if the comment someone makes is silly and without reasonable basis. Most importantly, the things I said had nothing to do with the Drama in question because the argument I made can be used anywhere in any drama!
Keep in mind @Rofhiwa didn't have any thing to say about the Drama herself. So, as far as I am concerned she hasn't watched the Drama either.
Does it matter if I have watched the Drama in this context?! I don't think so.
I feel superior? Where did you get that? Because I gently criticized her being defensive in a silly way and asked her to defend against the criticism properly?
P.S - I really wanted to know if the OG commenter was being dishonest

What a great clapback (for a 10 year old except for a few exeptional cases)!
I get your point. But if you use this type of sarcasm for a fairly reasonable and not too hateful comment, it means that no one can criticize the screenwriters or the characters written for a specific story/drama because then anyone can just say "Why don't YOU write the script then, smartass?"
I haven't watched the drama yet. So, I would like it if you would explain why her point of view on those things maybe biased or wrong as a whole.
-Sincerely

This "U.S is home to 2.3 million Korean Americans and Canada is home to 160,000 Korean Canadian" might…
Facts don't care about feelings!
And, US is a bully no doubt. But it is not a dictatorship, as it is accountable to its citizens. It has not supressed or killed its citizens like the Iranian Ayatollah.
Free Speech is still protected in the US, unlike the now fallen UK. Citizens get to vote to choose their leader. Even if the world doesn't like Trump, he was rightfully made the President by the citizens.
You might think that the US is outrageous and rightly so. Regardless, the govt has not gone out of the bounds of the US constitution.
International Laws!? That's a different matter.

Of course it is. "The West" is generally known as the combination of Western/Northern Europe, Australia, North America and others.
Reasons being: USA is a democratic and a capitalist country. It has common culture, economy, history and religion (being Christianity) with the other Western Countries.
Most importantly, USA has its origin tied to The United Kingdom and was leading the Cold War against USSR.
You can even consider US the leader of the Western front.
Which countries do you consider as the "Western Countries"?

i hope matthew is from a different country other than the united states... like, crazy thought... canada.
This "U.S is home to 2.3 million Korean Americans and Canada is home to 160,000 Korean Canadian" might explain why US is the usual trope. And, US is better known by the whole world
Im not saying 'they should keep US as the only choice for a western country in K dramas' but, yeah.

Oh Yeah? What did he say?
The way you speak makes me think you are one of those moral police that bully people on the internet for issues that are made up of thin air. I suspect that Zhang didn't say anything racist or discrimanatory!
But there will always be maggots that latch onto something basic and spin the "offended wheel" however they want.

That was a pretty tame opinion. Gives us an idea of what to expect.

The way Xie Zheng goes after Chang Yu and gives her a Marquisal Ride in his horse, shows that he cares (albiet on a more arrogant side) more than what Chang Yu was imagining at that moment after finding out that her honest husband was in fact 'The Marquis'.
In my opinion, this forceful action weirdly makes it a little more easier to forgive his deceptive actions πŸ˜‚

I loved Pursuit of Jade. It really is a top level production. But, you are not doing it any service by doing dumb…
WE? Do you think you are normal? There is no we like you think in your head. lmfao
"We" as in people who think that K-dramas have in the recent years dropped in their quality and C-Dramas have more often than not been leading the drama world in the qualitative/entertainment metric, are obvisouly there.
But they don't try to act like you, trying to flame people to get an argument out of them.
And, do you really think you are a fan? Because the way you have worded yourself and your attitude might have repeled many from watching Pursuit of Jade! Shouldn't your "LOVE" for the "Drama" make you want to introduce it to more people in a non-toxic way?
CONCLUSION: You a dumbbassssss

I loved Pursuit of Jade. It really is a top level production.
But, you are not doing it any service by doing dumb shiii like this. πŸ˜†
I do feel disgusted by your kind.
The kind that hates smth for no great reason. Your lack of basic decency is childish. Nevertheless, it pollutes the lovely environment here and maybe everywhere else

I mean what is he supposed to do take her and her sister to the front lines? stay and defend 1 small village when…
I get what you mean. But I would have liked if he put all the cards on the table and let her decide what to do going forward. Making the decison on your own which still doesn't spare the FL from the hardships, is what makes me a little dissatisfied.

Don’t worry, the love triangle isn’t really a problem in this drama.
I think @OmoreilewaOluwagbemisola is asking @AMY if there is something more problematic after @AMY says ".....isn't really a problem in this drama" - It sounds like there are other problematic parts.
Looks like a case of Miscommunication

Trailer 18-19 once again reinforces my ridicule for "Leaving Her For Her Own Good" trope.
Not only did it put the FL through grief and suffering, it also left a vulnerability for the villains to leverage against the MC.
If FL is to suffer anyway, then I would rather see her face those hardships alongside the ML, and not after a needless heartbreak being forced to face it all alone

Title Pursuit of Jade Spoiler
The FL is actually the long lost daughter of General He and her' "dad" is just a subordinate who saved…
I was thinking that the FL's father is not the real son of her 'grandfather'. FL's father might be realted (not blood related but with a history) to the ML for e.g. he might be the uncle that taught ML how to fight. He looks like he had a solid evidence for the event that happened in the past and might even have been a survivor/witness.
