Can you give a summary of the dialog. I know JC was asking him to let this pass and that he would return the tripod and owe the thunder god a favour. And I think the thunder god was going on about how he used to admire JC for his righteousness and fairness? I only took Chinese in primary school so I can’t read the harder words.

Anyone else feel like Yuan Tung’s feelings for JC came out of nowhere? I felt like in the earlier episodes she was happy for him for bedding LX but then started to get jealous and hone in on LX for revenge and now vying for a place in his heart? I feel like it’s implied she is looking for more than just simple forgiveness but a romantic place in his heart?

I totally agree with the others. He does grow on you. Even YH was a pretty boy but JC is so masculine. I don’t think anyone else younger could have pulled off a 200,000+ yo.
