The writer has potential though but parts of this are definitely rough. I'd likely watch their next drama.
Usually authors rights are given only in advertising…IT is another law system but it’s given too with the honorarium, agency fee. But movie/tv/music/book author’s rights aren’t given and authors have to be paid per airing/diffusion. So if she had written something on Goblin she should be one credited and two get residuals from Viki and everywhere the drama is available. There are international laws. If not she is getting robbed and exploited because authors really live from those regular checks from Netflix, radios!

I just found in one article that she was pinned on Goblin and Mr Sunshine…but nowhere else (from professional content) her name came up 🆙 for those dramas. Technically what did those assistants really wrote. Korean productions don’t seem to work like American writing rooms with a showrunner a bunch of writers dedicated to specifics like jokes, dialogues, technical stuff such as law/medical, character’s development… Do. they look on the script to see where to add products placements or do they write real plotlines…Aside very little duos like the Hong sisters it does look like it a one author’s vision. Are there no copyright author’s right laws in Korea? How they can get away without crediting all the authors?

She is not officially credited on those dramas based upon her resume in 2016 she was still a University student in Seoul so I strongly question her concrete participation in Goblin and Mister Sunshine at least.
It’s so visible it’s a first script and the editing isn’t helping, the storytelling is a bite all over the place, lot of disjointed events, no clear path, no real pov…
The made a good with the casting of the twins. The younger versions looked very close to the olders and they look similar too…very rare in kdramas to have relatives that could actually be siblings that for once I have to say well-done…. It always baffles me how they totally disregard features that you inherited and also there are out here so many Korean actors that look like each that any good casting director that isn’t blind should be able to create realistic families in a second. The woman they crossed path in the stress must be their mom she has the same face shape. If not they miss an opportunity. The little boy is clearly MuJin’s son …if not it was a good trick as he looks like him. But he looks 6 year old and they said 8 year gap or it’s 8 since the beginning include in this case the maths are correct…it would be like in 2005 Only you.
You cannot also just transfer finger prints like that it should take 5 minutes for a competent forensics to see…
I see what you mean but still don’t find it efficient. Plenty of dramas, movies or tv shows manage to portrait competent cops or journalists, plausible plot lines without giving up on the tension, angst and thrill. To so extent it feels lazy writing but based upon the audience the viewers seem to like those maqjang as they are.
I was watching an old drama (Dalja’s spring) and wondering all along why an actress seemed so familiar when nothing on her filmography ringed a bell…but Lee Hye Young was on the panel of that show that’s I’ve seen 3 years ago. I am watching right now, another old drama (Snow Queen) and one of the contestant is in it (the former rapper is in episode 2+4)
Oh lord why did I put this on my watchlist. Awful fantasy with a stupid storyline. Acting isn’t bad but it’s not good either. I don’t feel like the leads are a good pairing. He looks 20 and she looks 30, they are good looking but so ill-fitted. Her personally doesn’t make sense when you think about her job. She is a mess, unprofessional she needs a therapist. He is so caricatural lucky for him his talent had improved since. Krystal is also very cliché, lakes nuances and I never find her acting good, accurate in anything I’ve seen her. I understand why dramas aren’t built with her as a lead (Police University, the inheritors, Sweet & sour). Crazy love is for me her best part. Surprisingly here it’s Gong MYoung the best actor here, I wish he could have kept that face now he is more puffed, too much fat on the lower part of the face. As I have observed many Korean actors face getting puffed around 28-32 I wonder if it’s natural, if it’s consequences of military break, if they get fat injections so far only Park Hyunsik managed after happiness to get a slim face again… Drama was stupid and a waste of time!
That wedding looked so sad and miserable. They didn’t even one friend? How pathetic that EunAe’s family filled half of the seats when they barely know the couple. Only Crystal’s entrance was worth attending 😂😂😂
The police are so incompetent. If i were jin ju i would've reminded the police that the detective that was attacked…
You cannot also just transfer finger prints like that it should take 5 minutes for a competent forensics to see it doesn’t match up her grip and the glue from the transfer. Blood spatters should not match with her size (she is taller than the other girl and stronger built). She didn’t purchase the hammer. They never used her phone or car geolocation too… A first year in law should be able to get her out in 5 minutes Those writers really need a few knowledge in forensics and law
