I thought about this recently. And I agree with you, jitd deserves the whole world but also I’m happy with our…
Exactly. Our fandom might not be that big but it's very stable and loyal, full of people who actually understand the media they consume and do not spread hate.
I am currently watching this and am I the only one who fell in love with Yoon Ena from the very first episode? I see many people saying that they are annoyed by her but I knew she'd become my favourite from the start. I am on episode 3 and I can't wait to see more of her, Kim Da Mi has nailed the role so far.
On the one hand, I'm sad that this series is not getting the attention it deserves because even cencored, it's still so amazingly written, the writing is very good, the acting is superb (especially from Xincheng) and the chemistry is chemistrying so hard.
On the other hand, if the series became as popular as other current BLs (Revenged Love, Desire etc), the discource around the age gap between Luo Wenzhou and Fei Du and the fact Captain Luo knew him when Fei Du was a teenager would be so frustating to the point I'd need a gun to defend them.
Yep, I had the exact same scenario in my head. Yes, cancer is still there but I think that since he was kept alive for the finale, it wouldn't be the cause for his death. I also think that Lee Do will save Moon Baek from the assassin if Season 2 happens.
I think that he's alive, at least for now. We didn't see his death on screen and if that happens on a kdrama the chances of this character being alive are very high
I am genuinely so pissed right now because the premise and the first episodes were so good and promising but the more the series went on, the more ridiculous is became. I really hope that they will make a secnd season, at least they will have the opportunity to flesh out the characters and the story more. The series was half-assed, they could have explored the political and ethical aspects that came with gun power so much more and portray people's emotions and psychology better in order to show how they can be triggered by others and succumb to violence and yet they handled it in a superficial way.
I think that Lee Do will try to stop the American organization that is behind the guns trafficking and given that we didn't see Moon Baek's death on screen, the chances of him being alive are not slim.
wait i dont understand who is the future lover? the butcher girl or dong shik
I get where you come from but it's that connection and closeness that added more depth to their relationship. Both of them had initially a negative impression of each other and yet as the series progressed, they grew closer and developed, especially Joowon who did a turn of 360°. Dongsik managed to break his facade and show him how people help each other by teaching him about Manyang citizens. Joowon on the other hand proved to Dongsik that he's not like his father and was willing to sacrifice even himself to help and protect him. Yes, you can view it as non-romantic love but it was still love.
