It was very vanilla, very cute and had me anticipating the last couple of weeks, that there would be a finale love scene. I might recommend this to a friend who has never watched a BL as a way to get the “feet wet.” Lol

I read the novel in between episodes; I was stunned at how well Boat played Sorn. Read it! It’s a GREAT novel.

I need a screen that says “2 years later” and then they see each other and fall in love and live happily e er after. 😭

Soooooo much story time was wasted on that damn monologue. All I could think of was The Incredibles when Syndrome says “You sly dog, you got me monologuing.” Lol

lol right? I was expecting it bcuz I read the novel, but that was so randomly, unintentionally hilarious. In the book it happened over a PERIOD of time. They rushed it a bit. lol They should’ve filmed that scene first and had Boat not shave for a year prior to filming 😂
