I just watched the first five minutes of the drama and they have already made multiple mistakes. The hypersalivation and the foaming from the mouth meant, he was suffering from overdose of the "Cholinergic drugs" and he was breathing normally. There were no signs of "cardia arrest" or SCA but they still go on to give him CPR and nobody around them seem to question it for such an obvious sign. Then the kidnappers give him mild anaesthesia through IM route and it knocks him down immediately. Really you think we stupid, the rate of absorption of drug through IM route is at-least 25-30 minutes but during that scene, he was out in 1 second like they used the IV route but for IV route, you inject drug into Juglar vein and needle position have to parallel to vein not perpendicular (90-degree angle, used for IM) like they have shown in the scene. I am putting up with it till "Joy of life 2" drops and I usually wait until 5-6 episodes drops, then I watch them in one go at 4x speed and skip second lead scenes.
