Her father told her in the episode him being a traitor in addition to harming Mu family and now she wants to get arrested in his place cuz she knows ZXW will not harm her and let her go cuz of Love.
I think She is doing this cuz she knows, ZXW knows her father is behind assassination/traitor and will punish him for it.....but still looking back at her action, she has not changed a bit from original self.
She is still brutally manipulating and using people, she has used ZXW lover for her to get to him to do a lot of favours for her.....she still hasn't learned her lesson and is still standing with wrong side and forcing people to let the criminals walk, punishment free.

That is the premise of this drama, PEOPLE PAY FOR THEIR CRIMES and using people will never lead to good result.

Secondly counter murder is never allowed in any culture throughout the history, Laws, Kings and authorities existed for a reason. I like the drama and acting powerses displayed by Zhou Ye but damnn, I hate her character. So we are both weird in this case but MoXi one was just not good.

I just absolutely hated that Moxi drama and no wonder, I feel the same towards FL in this drama. You can make good FL lead drama with compromising on male lead story and other aspects, like Love Like Galaxy was good example.
Male lead was a grey character and he killed a lot of people in name of investigation and even went against Emperors order, FL also had alot of problems like immaturity and other traits.
but nobody hated that one cuz it was done properly !
