I personally believe audience has become extremist to some extent, its just pilot episode which was supposed to introduce the characters and they even go as far as to leave it at cliff-hanger but still hate gang has managed to downvote it.
The same thing happened to "Till the end of Moon", its very highly acclaimed series everywhere (it has broken almost every C-Drama industry record) but due to sad ending hate-mongering gang destroyed its rating here on MDL and it rated as mediocre drama, which is un-fair to future viewers.

I think they made mistake with subtitles, its his MoM, otherwise casting director should be trailed for "Crimes against Entertaiment".

Watch Go-ahead, although its modern drama but it tops LLTG but if your remove Lusi out of LLTG it becomes nothing but even the side characters of this one are written properly.

We know your kind is known internationally for "Crimes against Humanity", so you don't have to make it obvious here. If you want to prove a point, you should start by stating the facts and then support your arguments with examples.
The story is bit advance for your liking, so I would recommend watching other shows (its Okay to be not Okay) like this before coming to this one.

Its very happy ending just don't watch last 5 min.

Just bear with it for 10 episodes and allow the plot to un-fold, I can guarantee you its worth the effort.

Oh my god, you are like Demon Lord of Asian drama's....so this lvl 1 soldier humbly request her highness to recommend him, some good period drama with palace politics elements in it.

Its a brilliant drama and I will recommend this to anybody....I am harsh critique, but I will still put it in league with Love like the galaxy and other 9 rated drama. The only problem I have with this drama is last 5 min.
It has ultra bad ending, but you can simply ignore it...people have deducted at-least 1 point for rating.

4) Dong Ju is a jerk idiot, who killed the patient cuz he didn't ask anybody for help including "WORLD CLASS LIVER INJURY EXPERT" or their freaking president "Park Min Gok".
He would have asked him and judging by his character in season 3, he would have immediately answered the call and saved the patient, so he didn't used whatever he has at his disposal cuz Park Min Gok and his side-kick surgeon were both free at that time and were available.

When a patient turns critical, you are supposed to save him no matter what and you are allowed to "not follow the protocol" and I have seen this exact scenario happen in real life.
Medical Tribunal never looks kindly, when a patient dies, and another department called for aid does nothing (when they free). So you can yell at Eun Cha but if She didn't do anything, committee would have revoked her medical license or put it on her record to make her witch of the hospital.
I don't know about Korean laws but letting a patient die, while doing nothing (at that time, there were no patients) is very serious offence in my country and they carry out very detailed investigation and a lot of doctors are fired over this.

Kid I am GS surgen, so don't try to me lecture me on....if he killed the patient or not...He did Killed the first patient cuz he used improper surgical approach and he was not CT surgeon but still insisted to performed surgery...without waiting for CT surgeon Master Kim to complete his surgery (which he told him is almost complete).
CT surgeon would have been available after 10 minutes....
Secondly, an oath of doctor is to save the patient and if another department calls you to save a person, you have to answer it. Tribunals/ Commitee takes this very seriously....they will agree with his rule in this case, but they have tools at their disposal to hurt your entire career by putting this stupidity on your record.
they will punish cha lightly for abandoning her post but put the reason on her record and everybody will praise her. KID fundamental principle of doctor existence is to save lives and tribunals will always consider this, if you really want to blame someone for this.
Commitee will punish Master Kim for allowing a resident to look after critical patient and expecting him to perform the surgery, then they will go after the resident for not following the proper channels of intra-departmental communication and as for Cha Eun is considered, She was hesitating and asked her superior for permission and he told him to let the men die.
Then She heard patient has gone critical, so in these scenarios a doctor is allowed to abandon his post if no critical patient is present and Trauma center was empty at that time. She will be excused by the very fact that, no active patient in need for CT surgeon was present.
Tribunal will then go after the Center leader for mis-managing the center and over-estimating his capability to perform CT surgery AND NOT ASKING FOR HELP !

but the problem here is child was a non-trauma case and specially asked Master Kim to transfer him over to gain experience and show-off his skills....so he brooked the rule first and they could very well fire that useless CT resident, that man should have called his superior first before calling in doctors from other departments.

Needless to say, Kang dang killed the first patient by not asking for help and he even has non-trauma patient transferred in the center to gain experience but then go around and yell at Cha Eu for saving a dying man.
This choice is even worse than Cha Eu father !
