You got their one crime right but there are three remaining shit and yes, SQR put poison in gift FL personally gave to emperor and Ya repeatedly reminded emperor, he is sick after using his sister gift ( he investigated and confirmed it) and when he was on his death bed (drama first scene with ML and Emperor), this combined with her other two equally worse crimes prompt him to kill her by asking SQR to poison him. SQR and Ya had antidote on hand, but they refused to save her and watch/enjoy her die by feeding the last dose themselves.
