I feel you, tbh I never watch a drama that makes me traumatized & emotionally scarred just by completing them like Born again did to me here, I know it's only a drama but looking how they flipped every moral guide that I had, esp speaking from my own experience who have been stalked for months & harassed/assaulted too, the way this drama justifying all of it & never think from the victim's pov is just sickening.
I don't think I can watch another drama with psychopath theme anytime soon in the future.

I haven't followed soul mechanic yet though I did watch their first ep (just by random) so I get their theme & know why you might hv felt that way, happy to hear that you find that healing drama, we need that healing drama for sure after this mentally wrecked drama.
I did enjoy my other cw like kkondae intern & mystic pop up bar too, they give me laugh & I love seeing their message too, but it didn't cured the bitterness from watching BA which thankgoodness Someday heal it for me.
It's truly amazing experience for me & they're actually what I hope BA could hv become before they had it destroyed to the core.

I think it's the way they did her style with make up & hair here (like her lipstick lined inside lips, eyebrow drawn in chinese style & not the kind of straight korean eyebrow, new long hair style, thick make up, etc).

Because she had another new drama coming soon (Men are men) & she looks like her usual self with her short hair & korean make up there in their promotional poster, trailer & her recent photos.

I know I've been commenting alot in this page, at first because I previously loved this drama so much & were sold in their eternal love theme & introduced mysteries, I keep analyzing their theories and posted here week by week as its airing.

Which all of it later turned into vain & I came into hating this drama so much given how they've betrayed & throw everything that has been told/introduced/developed which makes me so invested earlier, all into the trash & change them into no other than some toxic disturbing romance instead.

So completing this drama has left me bitter & emotionally scarred, they're the one who introduced their eternal love theme & all the potential mysteries at first but later only told us that no such things exists, wtf.

Thankfully, later I find this drama called "Someday or One Day" with eternal love theme and an amazing love story & friendship that lasted through time which totally an absolute masterpiece & cure all the bitterness left from watching Born Again (I binged the whole thing in 1 day)

So if you're having the same experience like me (or even if you're not), I truly recommend to watch that drama if you haven't.
And you know, I find this fact which's the key to their success & breakthrough as one the best (if not the very best), that one top romance drama of all time who deserves all the hype & rave reviews:

"The production team of Some Day or One Day very much insisted on following the script as it was intentionally written. They didn't let the investors or the network interfere with the production and even rejected having advertisement on the TV screen. "

KBS need to learn to stop meddling in every production of theirs & ruined everything (I got two of my fav drama which at first I rated as 9 into 1 and 3 rating thanks to their meddling).

I'm still glad that at least I discover LSH great acting talent from this drama & become his new big fan. But it's only to that extent because I can't stomach what they did to his character on ep 11-16 at all without feeling sick.
Wish he could get much more recognizition & great main ML roles he deserves.

True, it's an infinity loop indeed as both leads actively keeps travelling back through time, sort of made the boy fell for the girl for the first time in the past while the girl fell for the boy for the first time in the future.

Their first love story has no clear beginning & there'll be no end either if they keep forcing their way to stay together & only resulting in endless suffering & no one happiness, that's why they need to break the infinity loop chains & only by that they can have their own beginning & chance for a better ending, start from the 6 years old HYX & 17 years old LZW.

I find it's brilliant how they could came up with a concept and clever directing like this & their infinity loop is probably one of the reason why I love this drama so much, but I also get why you probably find it's frustating to see there's no beginning of it & I understand that.

While my memory still fresh, I'd placed my thoughts on Li Zi Wei correct timeline order here:
- 1998- LZW met a girl whom his bestfriend (MJJ) like named CYR, who later was hospitalized & after woke up become a girl named HYX who confessed come from the future 2019 & mistook him as her dead boyfriend WQX as according to her his face is similiar to WQX's
- 1998- LZW fell for HYX
- 1998- LZW met a 6 years old HYX who is lost on the street, he helped her to find her way back home after giving her some treats (he left a memorable impression to the little 6years old HYX)
- 1999- HYX soul transferred back to 2019 (or being surpressed unconscious) & left CYR back to her own body
- 1999- The depressed CYR ask MJJ to kill her so that she'll be remembered in everyone's memory but won't be taken as a mere pitiful girl whom nobody wants whether when she lived or dead if she commited suicide
- 1999- CYR got stabbed & killed by MJJ.
- 1999 - MJJ got 9 years long jail sentenced, LZW lost his love & best friend
- 2003 - LZW back from Canada, visit MJJ in prison but MJJ refused, LZW got into a car accident on his way back & went into vegetative state for two years, while he was in coma, his soul was transferred into WQS body who survived after commiting suicide at the year of 2010
- 2010 - LZW in WQS body went to pursue the current HYX who met him for the first time as WQS, after went through so much effort & facing some rejection, he got her love, they dated & lived together for several years
- 2017 - HYX went to Shanghai for her carrier, WQS taking the next flight to catch her even after knowing that he'll die in the airplane crash if he's boarding in that flight, because his death will be the reason for the future 2019 HYX travelled back to the past & met the past LZW, the beginning of their love.
- 2017 - LZW journey as WQX ended at the airplane crash
- after the airplane crashed, LZW soul back to his own body & woke up at 2005
- 2005 - LZW got part of his body paralyzed after being coma for 2 years, he's taking rehab for years to be able to walk again
- 2008 - MJJ is released from the prison, LZW welcomed him back, MJJ grandmother passed away & later he commited suicide, LZW was unable to save MJJ/prevent his death & lost his best friend for good.
- during 2010 - 2017 LZW keep in contact with CYR uncle & he heard WQS & HYX story from him as well
- 2017- LZW met WQS for the last time to prevent him taking the flight but fail because WQS has determined to set his feet on board so the past him had the chance to meet the future HYX & the future him had the chance to stay on HYX side.
- 2019 - LZW finally met the present HYX who has learned the bigger picture of their love story after time travel back to the past, they reunited for a short time period but later he got killed and his life as LZW has ended there, until the world being reset once more & they met as a 28 years old LZW & 17 years old HYX and they start their journey once again after manage to save MJJ & CYR lifes ❤️

I'll put the correct time line order here to help a better understanding if anyone got confused (spoiler below)

Waahh, am binging this drama in 1 day only, 16 hours straight!! an easy 10 out of 10!! My eyes still sore from all the cry & lack of sleep (finish it at 3am) ❤️❤️❤️
This drama is truly beautiful & heartbreaking w/ excellent plot, amazing friendship & love story that lasted through time, great acting, clever directing & story telling, def made it into my top romance drama!

This drama reminds me of Nine: nine times time travel for its deep heartwrenching romance with infinity loop travel through time, the whole idea is similiar, except I find this one has a better execution, cinematography & messages.

Just make sure:
1. You watch it pass their first ep, cause there's where the plot start moving after her office friends cringefest scenes passed.
2. You watch their special ep ending scene at the end.

Rating: 10/10

Man Shik-ie Doraemon pocket tho!!! ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

I'm wondering who the curly guy is, do you mean he the director's son? Haha, yes he's so childish, why blaming Yeol Chan when he did nothing wrong & it's his own problem with his dad, sabotage his work etc is unacceptable. He shd talk with his dad & not using his dirty way like this. I'm afraid what will he do later if he fell for Tae Ri completely but TR likes Yeol Chan.

Yes his team doesn't seem to give any advantage to Yeol Chan, poor him he had to do all the task & see them whine, hope they'll get better.
I find Yoon Soo ungrateful & judgemental too. I feel bad for Ms Tak to hv involved with him while I think she's still in love with Yeol Chan.

I hope we'll get to see more bonding moment between Yeol Chan & Tae Ri and him with Man Shik, because theirs are the highlight of this drama :))

Yep, the way they made the FL character being hypocrite & judgemental only to SH & treats JB like a saint, the sudden turned out event trying to drag SH character down just to make JB character looks shine while putting all the blame on SH are the things pissing me off the most, such a fake & lame excuse.
What's even more ridiculous is there are 7 writers in this one single drama but not even one people had common sense.

Ohh no worries about that, I've watched some of his drama & recognized his talent, I started this drama for JKY actually, haha, only then I discover LSH talent & got hooked by his character's portrayal & acting.
Will def look forward to both actors project.

Not every main lead has to get the girl, esp given how toxic their relationship would become (bad messages to tell) & how the story has progressed with 10 ep developing the romance with the other lead.
By the end I don't even want SH to ended up with the FL as they've made The FL character's writing so horrible that I find it's better for him to ended up alone, I just want him to be happy at the end, but look what they did, they've made him look like the most sinner who doesn't deserve to be happy keep pinning on a girl who never respect him & be the only one to be punished while GJC is a saint, lmao, that's disgust me.

Yeah, the writing are so messed up & I'm able to finished it just because LSH acting is great, I discover LSH talent & become his new fan from this drama & hope to see him in another project soon as main ML so that I can remove this drama completely from my brain.

That's how upset I am because they made me so invested on the plot & characters, only to find them thrown everything in the trash for the sake of rating which they didn't even get because their rating gets even more lower (which KBS deserves including all the backlash they get & articles exposing their stupid decision)

Well, let's just say the last 6 ep were damn horrible for me, to the point that if only I dropped the drama at ep 9 I'd probably give this drama a 9 rating, but since I completed them (after so much suffering) I give this drama a 3 rating
I wish I can unsee the last 6 ep because it makes me feel disgusted how KBS has ruined my fav drama into a toxic nonsensical drama like this, which has been confirmed by the article below.

Now I know the reason why every writer that I've been put on my blacklist are from KBS!!!

They did it before with Beautiful Love Wonderful Life, because the other actor gain more attention so they change the end game to him.
(The FL had her heart flutter to one guy but ended up with another guy too).

Now they're trying to do the same to Born Again with no luck as the rating gets even lower than they already are & only ending it as a flop drama & taking the crown as the most ridiculous drama ever instead.
