Sometimes you have to protect loved ones from themselves when you see them going down the wrong path. Siding with them when they do the wrong thing is the definition of spoiling them.

I suspect K-Drama are trying to tell us something about marriages in Korea, in every drama I have watched it seems every family is against every marriage to some extent.

I'm enjoying this drama with much trepidation, what I like so far is that there aren't to many secrets, I detest the "I lied to you or kept it a secret for you're own good" trope. Deceit is the most cruel of hurts.
I avoid watching K-Drama while they are airing because of the dreaded 3rd act shenanigans they do to keep ratings high till the last episode.
I generally prefer streaming dramas that drop all episodes at once.
I looked up this writers past dramas for possible insight on what the final 30eps could be like.

So most guys & gals in this drama are cheating in a roundabout way, like ML's brother who doesn't know that the two women he cares about also shared a man. Every child in this drama needs to do a DNA test just saying.

Park Se Young is one of my favs but she seems to get stuck playing 2nd fiddle,

I am holding my breath waiting for it to all fall apart in the 3rd act as is par for the course in most K-Dramas.

I dare not start one until all the episodes have been released.

The screen writer loves tearjerkers so I will be skipping this.

So another boat load of misunderstandings?? I looks like its gonna be a shit-show,
ML actor has aged badly, FL has no charisma, bottom of the barrel casting I guess, Back to Chinese Vertical Dramas and rewatching K-Dramas from the golden era, circa 2014-2023

I just rewatched this a 2nd time and I couldn't stop laughing.

I tried, but I can't with this ML, he always has the same bored smirk in every drama even when he cameos, in my opinion he has no acting skills just another pretty face.

I hope Park Se Young gets another sweet romance role like Glorious Days.

After the trauma of First Man I will wait till the drama is over to decide if I will watch.

Be Strong Geum Soon, where to watch?

A lot of Vertical actresses look different in dramas, the no drama glam shots tend to be with heavier makeup and filters. I prefer to use screen grabs from drama to identify.

The FL's grandma actress almost always plays similar roles and she likes to dress down, she is a good actress so she pulls it off.

The Mistakes Writer/Producer Has Made:
Started romance between leads to early.
Giving twins inconsistent levels of ability.
Exposing Hwa Yeong as bad guy to early.
All around bad pacing of story.
The Results: Story feels like we are circling making viewers wait for the last 2 episodes, trying desperately to keep ratings high with fluff.

One of the reasons for low birthrate is in almost all K-Dramas, families seem to oppose most marriages.

Thanks, since it's a "Makjang" drama that makes perfect sense.
