I had to replay because I thought I accidentally went back to a previous episode or something. I have never been more confused about an ending to any show before. This didn’t even feel like a good way to try to get me excited/hopeful for a second season.

His easy turn around was way too quick for me.

Did I black out for part of this finale? I’m so confused? That’s it?

I had to search for a comment about this because why doesn’t one single person even bat a fucking eye at seeing Charlie alive? Even in all the chaos I still would’ve shit my pants if a dead guy was suddenly right in front of me.

This was the most confusing way to end this show. For a solid minute I though he was dead and that was heaven. It was so dramatic for what reason?

I came to read reviews after watching the first 15 minutes of this show and being too impatient and wanting to find out what I was in for. I’m not sure if I’m Susan or Sharon but I know you were speaking directly to me with this review because I ran so fast to keep watching because you’re funny as shit and now I need to see all of this go down. The thing that this adaptation got right was the ending of the mother’s plot line. This was exactly the satisfying comeuppance I wanted from the Thai version but didn’t get.

Maybe we need a special episode. 😉

I kind of love how they ended it by giving us an outcome but not visually or even in detail and still leaving it up to our imagination. Both Mob and I thought he actually escaped it all for a second there. 😂

So frustrating especially considering how supportive and loving Asami has always been for Shirasaki. Shirasaki needs to get over this inferiority complex he has and just love Asami and let Asami love him like he already does. I’ve been waiting for Asami’s backstory and I knew when it came out that my heart would be broken for him but I really had hope that Shirasaki could be the same strong support that Asami has been for him. I wanted to hug Asami in that scene so bad. I cried so hard during this episode. I’m not ready to let them go next week.

This just felt like lazy writing to me. I don’t even understand the purpose of having the two other “options” in this story if they weren’t even going to give them a fair shot. This should have just been a friends to lovers story and maybe it would have been likeabke enough for me to bother finishing. I don’t think anyone came out this winner in this one. Not the characters or the actors who got dealt a crap plotline. Sire, I wanted team leader to win but not because I think he belonged with Doha, he just seemed like the most likable character. Maybe they should do a spin-off with team leader as the main. I’d watch that one…unless the writers decide to call it in on that too.
