In the novels, Zhu Yan did want to be with/marry Yuan for quite a long time. They changed that in the drama. I am not sure how happy I am about that though. Haha. 😅 Yuan was better than Shi Ying in the majority of the novels, but he loved Yao Yi. Thankfully, Xiao Zhan and Shi Ying as a character was improved in this drama. 😁
I am not sure but I heard that deng wei's villainous look is for his Lin Qianye's identity and the white costume…
Oh...I don't like that. It should go the over way around. It would fit the original character or source material better, for him to look extravagant and villainous/"darker" looking. Hmm...
It hurts me too. They are both two of my top favorites. I have also been looking forward to seeing both of them since they were filming. I don't like so much division. People of course can have there opinions, but sometimes there is too much comparisons to try to raise one up and to put the other down. Or thinking, that one has "beat" the other.
