Up until episode 30..after that I think it was a mess ..I still don’t understand the situation 17 years ago ….

I appreciate the romantic bathtub scene but made no sense ..he was drugged she saves him but he still in his kissy moments but was fine confronting the emperor and killed the eunuch…? As soon as they get back to carriage he is in his drugged stage again? Makes no sense …obviously done for the romance part…but it could have flow better…

don’t understand all the correlations of plot last 3 chapters was especially confusing..

The white hair guy falls from tower yet he doesn’t die? Then QYY gives him poison in cell…I would think he be dead falling from tower.:.

I really think it’s the romance visuals of the actors/actresses that keep the show..ZLH is stunning dashing handsome in this drama ..the so called sexiness soft 2nd male/white guy …its toxic actually…

Could have been better plots though

I am not sure if saw the leaks ..I have a tv box with all types of drama and I just watch from there ..Chinese subtitles …

Okay I finished the drama I still don’t understand …the uncle had a lover who was forced to marry the old king..he had dinner with the old crown prince and said to find a new ruler..old king heard it then the old king scheme against his own son? How did Changyu father is a subordinate of male leads uncle …i see the relationship but don’t really know what h cake did wrong so evil? storyline is confusing to me


It was so choppy after episode 30 …

Two endings in episode 40 or in separate episodes?

Okay..really loved this drama up until episode 30 to 33…so messy so many cuts ..why Chinese drama always like that it’s like they film but try fit to 40 chapters and start cutting logical sense

Even the previous episodes the royal princess suddenly shows up without telling us how ..not very logical going up mountain hill with CY..

Okay so here is my question…how in world male lead know about female lead’s father? The get into a cold phase where she calls him the lord..next time they together he says he knows about the letter..and that they will figure out the truth…how he know ????

I don’t get it I thought the male lead captured the 2nd sui brother in the battle ..why is he at the cousin house ..where family tried poison him to get his head?

Gees so choppy the last couple chapters

Okay finally chapt 30 saw the battle wow our female lead..but I can see why some people complain it’s not the male lead who kills the king…almost seem unbelievable for someone who has no big training as an army …

Okay to kee seems lots of skip …after she kills that traitor king then find her in bed and it’s she who finds the good general dead …

Seems so rush ..the first 15 chapters took time in Lingan why always last few parts always rush???


Why suddenly the princess come to her bedside? Was she in capital?

Those who saw the bathtub scene …I just saw bits and pieces..well I guess to pass censor their clothing still on …lol…I assume they consummate their marriage though finally…

Haha I find it amusing regardless of how arrogant he is when it comes to ZY ..the love of his life..he is always soft spoken to her like a little puppy…

The only time he was harsh was when they departed Li ng an and had their first fight..I guess he realize then his arrogance doesn’t work with her ..forcing a kiss on her isn’t romantic but disrespectful..…it just pushes her away ..

The rest is like he is a puppy waiting permission for his kisses…

Ahh thank you ..I watched that drama too…ZLh didn’t captivate me then .. it this series ..wow ..the voice actor was very good

Just let us know it’s happy ending for our main couple?

Totally agree!!! Her acting is Fabulous …her acting really shines in this drama ..her expressions are dead on in each scene ..she really worked hard instead of the blubby characters she been playing

She does…she loooked cute with her country bangs but dashing with her new hairstyle ..I couldn’t recognize her

What drama is TPr? Yes I really thought it was his own voice the whole drama..

Me too..I never thought much of zLH until this drama ..really thought he was unattractive with the Kunming palace drama with Bailu and royal princess ..he looked handsome in the boring modern drama love you ..but his dashing really sparkle here in this drama….he really owe it to the director ..very talented director

The female lead really looks different without her bangs …not every female lead can carry bangs…I remember Bailu had bangs in a drama and didn’t make her look very nice.. but tianxianwei can carry the bang style as cute and sweet and without bangs handsome pretty
