Honestly they spent too much time with this sibling relationship, that they seem better off as siblings, the scenes where they are supposed to be sweet between them are a bit cringe for me, I am watching them as siblings, since they remind us each time they are siblings. FL and SML are a good match, they have a nice connection. Will SML be paired up with someone else or are they going to leave him heartbroken? I am more concerned with SML's wellbeing than I am with the 2 leads.

I came for LYX but staying for the crumbs I get from the Shu Jun and Prince's relationship lol...

Side note: Come on Tang Li you didn't need to slam your shoulder into the girl, she did nothing to you, she is the victim of the situation you and the cheater put her in.

Same, prince has defo already fallen, the way he had to swallow when she was putting the belt on lol.....

We need more screen time for second couple. Shujun is turning out to be the best character, first morning she just slept in and 2nd morning she woke up early but went back to bed lol. She is hilarious!
Eunuch was trying to stay out of it but was forced to say his opinion, so funny.

She still showed interest in him, asking to seat next to him and changing her voice, whether she means it or not, it’s going to hurt. Wish the writers wouldn’t use someone they are going to discard to move the romance plot. It’s just annoying.

Yes the script demand they end up together no way out of that one, not fair to give SML false hope.
Yeah I can understand her being sweet a bit, since she explained to the mother her reason in one of the episodes , but him teaching her to write, I was like bruh no.

Yes they need more screen time, love them!

Oh no why did they make FL show interest in 2ML, my heart is breaking for him already. They really need to write better, than have a great guy be used to move the romance forward.

Why did they give us such a great SML, it’s so unfair to him.
Couple that are going to be enjoyable to watch is Shujun and the Prince, their first scene together was pretty good.

Just know it’s as bad as people are saying it is. It is still watchable, but not that great.

I think she was just a kid and reacted without thinking back then. Unfortunately the vengeance part of her was split and kept locked up, so it’s not entirely the FL’s character that keeps saying that, it is sort of if u take an emotion and keep it trapped for a long time and then it’s released. And that emotion from 20yrs ago becomes a person. It hasn’t had any growth or exposed to other people, to heal or grow.

They should have done a few episodes of them being fake master/ disciple for the build up.

That’s why I clearly said for me😊 and I never compared her to any other actress or put anyone down.

I stopped watching AvenueX a long time ago, she has a favorites, never really agree with her takes. I think for me that was one her best roles, she is really great actress and shows the right level of emotion. Will never forget her pain when trying to get the undying flower and how she carried him with her little body, protecting him in the snow not resting until she knew he was safe. Might do another rewatch 🙂

In KMLM she is a trained assassin. She exists to revenge and then die. She can’t be here out there showing big emotional feelings. Her focus is not love. One of the opening scenes when she gave food to the young kid and hid the fact that she was there sets the scene for me how she was going to be. Loving, caring but distant. That’s one of her best roles for me. Hope she does Wuxia, she was good.
