I am happy Man Shik keep to himself that Yeol Chan was the one who spread the computer virus ! But I am afraid of the chairman's son because now he knows Yeol Chan is allergic to dogs... But now I feel like Man Shik will try to help him and make the chairman's son's plans fails somehow ?
edit : So I was going to watch only half of the episode because it is not subbed yet but instead I watched the full episode... A really good episode ! I love how Yeol Chan and Man Shik are starting to like each other and help each other. This end was really beautiful : When Yeol Chan learns Man Shik was fired; he found him, grab his hand and took him back to the company !
Yeol Chan is indeed an angel however he lacks of sel-confidence and can't bring himself to show his true-self that is why for example the young employee found his report in the trash with a lot of harsh comments because Yeol Chan keeps it to himself. That is hard but sometimes you must tell people the truth, it is not because you make harsh comments cometimes that you are not a good person that can help someone to improve himself/herself
About Man Shik he is loyal that is why he can't really betray Yeol Chan totally, he had a lot of opportunities to get rid of him but he couldn't. However his way of thinking is really old and sometimes he does not understand that his way of talking can put people in danger mentally (especially when he was a superior).
I really like the way the drama is taking because I feel like both Yeol Chan and Man Shik can learn from each other and improve. I sense a bit of fathermance too
Just wanted to say how much I love this drama and can't wait for tomorrow's episode!
Same ! For the moment I am watching 3 dramas : Mystic Pop-Up Bar, Team Bulldog and Kkondae Intern and indeed Team Bulldgog and Kkondae intern are fun to watch but the drama I am really waiting for each weeks is Mystic Pop-up bar !
Somehow I hope Man Shik will know that Yeol Chan almost killed himself because of him but I dunno how he will…
Yes the senior employees are really self-satisfied and with an exaggerated sense of self-worth, I think it comes with the fact Yeol Chan is too nice with them I hope he will believe more in himself and slap them once for all....ESPECIALLY DG lmao
Not your not the only one about who find Yoon Soo funny + I kind of love " weird " characters ! And I saw this actor in " Life on Mars" so I am happy to see him again here as a rookie again. The big misunderstanding when Tae Rie and him thought Yeol Chan appreciated their behavior when it was the contrary and he gave them 0
I hope the bad guys won't use it at some points to get the rookies against Yeol chan, the chairman's son is really sly. I love the hint of romance they give between Tae Ri and Yeol Chan ? I was not here for the romance but it is really cute again it reminds me the background romance in Life on Mars really light and cute I think it is because the characters are similar (the guy is kind of lonely but smart and the girl is really cheerful and sweet)
i think he only has one kid? i don't remember anything saying that he has another child? i could have missed something…
Yes I was talking about this scene ! There are theories like what Lee Tae Ri is his daughter because they have the same last name but I find it really hard to believe because how comes he wouldn't know what his daughter looks like ? (except if she was kidnapped or something but again I don't think so because the drama is about work's abuse).
Perhaps his other son/daughter is an adult working somewhere but I find it strange how Man Shik, his wife and his son doesn't talk about the other " kid " at all ?
Ep13 start very well, but end to be meh. Usual useless secondary caracthers. Damn-it. There is no more time to…
I don't remember who said that but the writer seems to write a fan-fic of Lee Min Ho : I feel like a lot of character were originally here to be important (PM koo, Tae Eul, Luna and Shin Jae) but then the writer just throw " Yi Gon this ", " Yi Gon that " and now " Yi gon is the savior ! Wow it isn't like it was the obvious plain answer haha when there were so many others explanations or characters to use ? " That is why it seem like a fan fiction to me
In Hotel Del Luna and Mystic Pop Up bar you care about the characters because every character is useful and has a role to play, here I just see one character playing solo all along...
It is sad but yeah if 3/4 of the characters would die in the end I wouldn't care
Does Man Shik has really two kids ? Because we always see his son but he doesn't talk about his other son/daughter ? Is is an error of translation or did something happened with his other child ??
Do you know why this drama derserve 10/10 ? Because thanks god(s) they are wearing gloves when they are examining the bodies... Seriously I am happy just with this tiny detail.
I like this drama but it isn't as light hearted as I thought (unlike Pegasus market for example). Some situations…
Somehow I hope Man Shik will know that Yeol Chan almost killed himself because of him but I dunno how he will know except if Yeol Chan himself told him but that would be less interesting I would prefer another way ? Perhaps Man Shik will see him when he has a panick attack because of his past trauma ??
I am awaiting the moment when they mutually evolved and be friend or give some fathermance ? I like their chemistry.
Yes, same I thought the drama would just be funny but it is really heavy in fact... The chracter I hate the most is Dong Geun... hypocritical, thief, traitor, deceitful and loudmouth, seem like writer-nim gives him all the bad behaviors... That surprised me Yeol Chan defended him when he knew whe was lying even if it was for his revenge against Man Shik... At least when Dong Geun was harassing Tae Li I thought he would reacts but not even a little...perhaps in the next episode ?
Somehow the people working from the start for Yeol Chan (Dong Geun, Jung Eun and and I forget the name of the last one ) are really bad people, I don't like them except perhaps Jung Eun at first but seem like she just carea about herself. Perhaps because their boss is too much " nice " so they take advantages.
Yes I get what you are saying that is why I find it really boring as a " twist " because either there was a timeline…
Exactly...I prefer dramas where every characters shine and help each other instead of only one "almighty" character. That is why I prefer " Mystic Pop-up bar " who is actually airing than this because every characters is intereresting and is useful.
Your idea about the court lady would be more entertaining than what we got here frankly...
The 7 years olds should be engaged by the King lmao they are better than his bodyguards somehow ?
haha ! Your comment really killed me I wasn't expecting this answer !! xD But you are totally right ! And it is common for a king to marry someone REALLY young, it would be a funny twist I can imagine a scene about it : Yi Gon walks past Tae Eul, kneel down in front of the little girl and he aks : Will you be my wife ? and she answers : " I will think about it " and Tae Eul is like " wtf..."
My least favorite thing just in any show in general is miscommunications between people that could be SO EASILY…
That depends to me but it is like everything if it is well done that is funny and good but if for example the character want to clarify the mistunderstanding but he/she is always interrupted that is really frustrating ! Especially if the other character ends up to know the truth by himself/herself (Like 90% of the dramas lmao) and he/she blames the other characters when the other character tried a lot of times to reveal the truth haha
I hate love triangles because most of the time the second ML's are just there to be a stumbling block. I hate…
I REALLY HATE love triangle, it ruined a lot of dramas to me ! Like you said : Because always you know who will end up with the girl/boy so you feel bad about the other one in love or angry about him/her because he/she is clingy as heck when he/she knows there are no rooms for them in the first place. That is harsh but the WORST to me is when the " stumbling block " insist and makes things awkward. I rarely like love triangle, one of the exception is when the second boy/girl is attentive, kind and smart, know when he/she has no chance and let his love to be with the person he/she likes... For example in Waikiki Guest house season 1 when Hyun Joon learns that Yoon Ah loves Dong goo, he accepts it and move on (all his expressions give what he was feeling and it was sad but beautiful how he lets her go )
Do you guys think that are gonna be able to make up the story by the last 3 episodes?? I think the can do it as…
I think they will let us with a lot of questions and just a few confusing answers :/ Somehow I find it draggy like there are actions but at the same time it is not the actions I was expeting I dunno how to explain it. Well we will see !
