If Danyin and DFQC are the one's who saw the prophecy, then they are the one's who make the marriage happen. They also each have a history of disguising themselves as the two "getting married". One through body-swapping and one through glamour.
So, my nonsense of the day is Danyin and DFQC stage a fake wedding to distract the Emperor, while real CH and XLN stage a coupe. This also gets DFQC close enough to the Emperor to take him down (now that he has his hellfire back)
