In my opinio. This seried is only a 7. So much was missing from several epioded. Hopefully Season 2 will be BL As for Tharn and Type I ave it a 7 as well. There was just no real emotions that touched me, unlike The Untamed where one cpulf see and feel the love thst Wei Ying and Lan Zhan have for one another. Waiting until another real BL drama comes out. My Engineer is so much better with the cast. My favorite Ram and Mek.

Stupid show and cast , stop watching after episode 14
I just found that between episodes 22/ 28 were all about unnecessary things. I stopped there, but once it's complete i will finish it. I just want to binge watch it without seeing so much of characters s that i thought were not for my liking, but I love Feng Jui and Doug Hoa. Plus the original actors from TMOPB.
Is it ok to watch this without watching Eternal Love first? I've dropped that drama but they seemed like an interesting…
Eternal Love was wonderful. More Mature then this to me. I like this one, but they seem to be all over the place with so many couples. I would like to see more of Dong Hua and Feng Jiu more, hopefully this will happen soon.

This live version is totally different from the novel to a certain degree. Jiang Cheng in his youth is somewhat envious of Wei Ying. Especially because his father seems to care more for Wei Ying . However, after Wei Ying returns to get revenge their relationship again is put to test. Finally later on in the novel Jiang Cheng matures quite well. Their relationship again is put to the test, in the end Jiang Cheng comes to forgive himself for misunderstanding Wei Ying. I love the novel. An excellent read. I am truly enjoying this version of the novel. Even though the story line has a different form taken on the novel. Especially the episode with the dog!!!! : )))
