A well done on this one

This was definitely a better done drama as opposed to the other short stories that came out, this was really enjoyable and well played out.

This expanded version of Love Mechanics was the expansion of Vee and Mark's story, however I do feel they could have spent more time on other things, for example, they could have showed how sad Vee was after losing Mark, like they did in the original series. The characters are not meant to be squeaky clean, but even in their worst moments, they’re vulnerable, honest portrayals of what it means to be a painfully flawed and confused human being. Mark and Vee’s interactions are littered with tense, flirtatious interactions and non-answers, making it clear that their relationship is not nothing. But the best thing is that Love Mechanics doesn’t try too hard to fill in the gaps or explicitly articulate what characters are feeling in each scene.

Overall: it is a really a good drama to binge watch in one sitting, I unfortunately did this while it was on going and i really looked forward to every up coming eps. I did like the last one the best, as it showed how far they came to be what they are and the challenges they had to face to get to where there are. A must watch

Not that good

So I started off with the drama, got 2 episodes in and switched over to the movie, as I found this drama/movie really down and not very enjoyable at all.

For me, the pacing was really off, it stared off really slow and then sort of dragged out after that, and it went into been really crazy with the bugler and then being saved to then falling in love and wanting to do everything for the guy, who at first stands him up for the movies, to all of a sudden wanting to be with him.

There was no build up of love or anything, and the chemistry was just off not only with the ML but with all of them.

They could have put thought into this and have it spaced out nicely.

Overall: If you going to watch rather opt for the movie to get it over and done with!!

Sweet & Cute and Short

I did enjoy this drama, as it followed on straight from Star & Sky in my mind, and the actors were all the same, I did love seeing the Dao and Kluen every so often in this, it literally can be watched together, as i found the stories very similar and often overlapping.

I love all of the characters and I think the casting was done so well. Fah and Prince. Their chemistry is really good! The story between teacher and doctor isn't a new taste, plus its simple packaging makes this series easily to forget in a short time.

Not much to say about, just a change of scenery literally, they were cute moments with the kids, and funny moments as well, but either than that there is really nothing much to say about it.

Overall: its a sweet drama, and can be watched in 1 sitting.

Plus or a Minus

As expected, a relationship goes through a rollercoaster of ups and downs but the show remains rather predictable at most turns with family and relationship drama. I would say that the first half of the series was more watchable than the second half, where the conflict proved to be silly and frustrating.
Until it wasn't. First, the secondary couple looked like it might be interesting at first, but it was a dreary slog, with very dull acting and an uninteresting story.

It definitely lacked chemistry and spiciness the scenes they create make the viewers lose interest, from exciting to boring, it lacks drama...

Overall it is a + - to watch this drama..

Not As Good as the first one ...

This drama was not as good as the first one, even though the characters are the same, they just felt really stiff with each other.

Now Valen and Kaitoon relationship did progressed but then there was an unnecessary issue which annoyed me. And believe it or not, I was actually glad with the final minutes of the final episode...until the last few seconds. That pissed me off A LOT. This has to be one of the worst written BLs in many many years, and I've seen disasters.

I am going to go into a breakdown of revisit the first one, cuz second season was just a mess of nothing really, the characters for me had not developed at all and seem to carry the same issues they from the first one. The final episode was a mess as well as all the couples/triangles/squares end up having nothing but sad endings Honestly this has been a utter stressful letdown for me to watch compared to the first one. I keep forcing myself to hold out to the end. But i hate myself more and more with each episode i waist my time watching due to the all over the place story. Plus the fact that the main leads could have truly been taken in a better direction than this. We have one episode left and the preview if it turns out like the preview even hints to. I think i may have to swear off bl dramas for a long time. Cause this drama was just truly a all over the place drama.

I seriously hope there will be 3rd season, cuz I don't think it could get any worse this!!!

Good BUT!!!

This drama was really good, the only MAJOR PROBELM I had with this was Toh (Urgh) I hated his character he was super annoying and times so freaking childish that I think a 2 year old does not carry on that way!!!

The rest of the drama was super cute and even the second couple was really good, I mean even Khajao did not act or behave in such a manner as Toh did!!! The one episode that really got so worked up, was when they were going to watch a movie and toh literally sat on the floor and threw a mini tantrum WHF!!! how on earth did Nuea find that character appealing or cute is beyond my understanding!!! I Would probably give this drama a 10 if I could just get pass the fact the Toh character was way to childish, and the things collected were a little over the top, we have all had crushes once in a lifetime but I certainly don't think I would be picking things up from the rubbish bin!!!

On a more good side of this drama, if you over look the baby, this drama was really cute, and it flowed along really nicely, the music was okay, not something I could add to my PL but its bearable, there were also some funny moments in this drama.

Overall : If you have the patience to deal with an overgrown baby (Tho) then yes go for it. Honestly, I would not re watch it. At least not everything from the start to end. I might re watch certain parts I really like.

I LOVED THIS ABSOLUTELY

THE POTENTIAL KOREAN BLs HAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! have greatly improved and this one did not DISAPPOINT!!

“Semantic Error” is the most outstanding turning point in this year so far. Alongside "History 3: Trapped", this series would be my first choice to recommend to somebody if they asked me about good series including the love of two men. The story is quite interesting and cool, I like how it wasn't focused on a guy struggling with his sexuality or any of that drama, but they knew what they wanted, and they went for it straight.

We kind OF went with the popular trope of bad boy and rebel who falls in love with the upright, top of the class, quiet kid. And I am not opposed to it because they executed it and I think part of it is tied down to the acting and the actors who really had great chemistry together. Loved the pacing of the series because it didn’t feel too rushed, While one of them is a famous and Wandered extrovert, the other one is an anti-social and overseen introvert who cares a lot about a systematic and calm daily routine. Jang Jae Young‬ and Chu Sang Woo‬ are as different as one can be. They are incomparable but still such an exciting match. The gradual change in Jae Young and Sang Woo relationship was simply delightful to watch. We could see what moments were the turning points, what led to them, how they influenced the main characters. It was a well written and presented progression, and while the characters were falling in love with each other, I was falling in love with the show itself.

The strongest aspect of Semantic Error are the characters and the palpable chemistry between the lead actors. Both Jaeyoung and Sangwoo are incredibly likeable characters, which is always a good thing in a romance drama. If I don't like one of the leads, it's just hard to get invested and root for their relationship. Our lead actors seemed to have fun playing these roles, and it felt like they genuinely wanted to tell this story. I also particular loved the friends and they stood by him, especially the chick her comebacks were always on point. The supporting cast may have not been fleshed out like our leads, but we got some memorable additions to the cast. for Semantic Error, since we usually got fun banter or meaningful conversations whenever one of the side characters showed up. Apart from the characters, I really enjoyed the dialogues and humor in this show. It never felt forced and enhanced the lighthearted and fun atmosphere.

Overall: This is a really good BL Drama and a quick binge watch, so I would definitely highly recommend this one to any one who enjoys a BL, and the fact that its Korean is a good plus for me!!

Bittersweet ....

This was not one of my dramas, I went into this mainly because of the 2 main Leads, expecting to see this WOW factor, although I was not overly disappointed, and it was bearable to watch, for me the whole ghost love story was a little too much, and it did have this bittersweet vibe going.

I loved the buildup of Med and Thun's relationship, it was so wholesome and heartwarming. As soon as Thun lit the incense as Med's grave I knew this pairing was special. Then you find out he can see him because Thun is a medium. Signed, sealed, delivered they will fall in love and be super connected. Med becomes Thun's cheating mechanism basically throughout this story, in school (watching Med walk around the classroom was hilarious) and in basketball, which I totally didn't approve of, cheating your way through life or obstacles is really not the way to go, and for a ghost doing it, for me that was a little unrealistic. The other thing that got me is that the show is really slow like super slow, the the development of the romance is SLOW .. yes .. really really SLOW and the 'catalyst' of the development of relationship, is not something that I would horray on, but the delivery is acceptable.

The cast. I've watched a lot of GMMTV series, so I had good feelings about Singto, Sing, Chimon, Gunsmile and Ampere before I started watching. They are a good fit for their roles. It's kind of interesting that Singto, Sing and Chimon - the gang - have all played a BL character before (Sotus, Slam Dance, My Dear Loser, respectively). They are all very enjoyable to watch. The girl who plays Praifah is a little stiff. Overall, though, Ohm stood out the most to me. He is really charming. His character is youthful but caring, and he depicts that perfectly. His smile is very bright and his tears shook my heart.

OVERALL:
Certainly one of the better Thai BLs (-ish?) out there and a good addition to GMM’s reservoir. The mystery aspect is a bit weaker than other dramas I’ve seen, so if you’re interested primarily for that, you may be underwhelmed. Similarly, if you’ve seen a lot of really intricate and intense mysteries/thrillers, especially Korean ones, then I don’t think you’ll be too impressed with this one. However, the story between Than and Med is really sweet and well done, and fans of these actors won’t be disappointed.

Too Dragging

I really found this drama to drag out, it was like there were struggling to get there point across, and for me there was too much wasted screen time and unnecessary plots and twists ... " Sweet Munchies " was a frustrating drama.

And that is mainly due to the two main characters that were annoying, each one in their own way. For the girl, she was way too naïve, forgiving, and positive to be even considered cute. the most irritating was the chef. Sure, he had his reasons in the beginning for doing what he did, but he just kept lying, and acting selfishly throughout the whole drama. He was just unlikeable, the rest of crew were there just for added space I would assume. The story for me was really not worth exploring, I mean was it really necessary to have a gay chef, who actually wasn't gay to begin with, I think for me that was the ultimate let down. There were some funny moments in this drama, but not enough to keep me invested in the whole drama, this could have been shortened or made into a movie cuz 12 episodes of literally pointless plot and an hour long of watching was just to much for this drama.

There were some episodes I skipped just to get to the end of this drama, and believe it or not you literally don't miss anything that is how slow it was.

Definitely a NO for me.

Choppy

This started off really well the beginning of this drama and I was like Wow and sitting up straight, after the tad bit scene it was down hill after that, it was so disappointing, to have such a tease in the beginning!!!

Well the beginning was definitely an attention grabber and rarely seen in BL, but this ended up feeling like click bait, after that it was literally pointless and quite honestly baseless, there was no real story behind it and cinematography was really choppy and even dark at some parts the camera man did not have a steady hand at all, the sound was poor to the point of non existent at times, it was like it was filmed through a phone instead. There was a lot room for improvement, the actors were all over the show and again non of them made any sense. After such a good start its just goes downhill and then it just Stops with no ending and no real reason as too what transpired.

If you want a watch a whip lash drama then this is it, you literally have your head spinning around!!!

Overall it was not good

They Tried ... But a Cliffhanger ending

Okay so this drama was not what I had expected, thought they would have a continuation from the 1st one, but sadly this went in a whole different direction then expected.

The storyline was for me to the point, it kind of flowed through and was the pacing was just right, they needed to find out what happened to everyone, and so they just went ahead and got on with it, there was no drag and think and contemplate of what to do next, or how to do it.

The characters were sort of well matched, I was surprised to learn of Kim being a mono as well, I honestly thought it was only his sister, so that kind of made more interested to see where they go too, the acting of Yoo-jun (playing Choi Yeon-woo) remains as one of the solid points of both seasons. In the first season he deals with the fact that he is a mono, his mother is also a mono but is missing, and he finds new friends and also finds Yoo-han who is also his probe. He experiences the rush of being able to see colors and also the disappointment of losing that ability after the decoloring effect begins. In season 2, he goes from the uncertainty of his mother still being missing, to the dread of witnessing Yoo-han's kidnapping, to the potential of uncovering all the illegal activities the Gray Scale/Woksun/Nerve Candy people (led by a mono that goes by the nickname of "Monowife"), to dealing with his new feelings towards Kim Se-hyun, to finally finding out his mother did die but being rather calm about it.

The music was not so bad, although it was only the one main song.

Overall: This did end with a cliff hanger and the so it begs the question of a Season 3 Coming, if that is so I really hope they get the right production, and screw up the story between the 3 guys?

Basically watch it if you enjoyed the first season, but do not have high expectations on this season.

Overcoming Difficulties

Each short episode packs a lot of story and some parts may seem out of sequence, the consist flipping between the past and the present, you get a feel for the story and where its heading. I for one don't get anyone giving this high reviews - like yeah to each their own... but this plot had promise, but it didn't really develop to anything, and i felt that the actors also fell short, first off Li Xiang just comes off as a stalker, he latches onto Xia Zhi the sec he sees him and just turns into his shadow but he is too forceful and I also find that he seems to have had a pattern considering he did the same thing with PE Teacher as well. Also when he was brought to a gay bar, he is more worried if its age appropriate not even noticing that its only guys and what that means - so it felt like Li Xiang was manipulating the situation and Xia Zhi.

Also the kid that was being bullied and his side story - there was more there that held my interest and heart, then with what was going on with the leads - but everything was kinda rushed and wrapped up in the last episode - just cause it was the last episode and we needed a happy ending. it lacked logic or common sense and left me wondering WTF... this doesn't come close to being a good BL.

Overall: I wouldn't recommend this at all

Not as good as the first one

The strong impact created by the 1st season was sadly gone from this season.

The good:
1. OffGun, need i say more?
2. Krist, its refreshing to see him.

The bad:
1) i used to like the straight couple before but now they're just whiny little waste of screen time;
2) where are the dogs, its Puppy Honey without the dogs???;
3) what's up with the 5-minute opening credits and 5-minute closing credits, the run is 8 episode and you waste 10min per episode just for unnecessary crap;

This drama was horrible. There was so much potential but I don't know who dropped the ball on this one. Three of the actors in this drama are so good in others but I did not feel the chemistry at all. Ugg like another reviewer said, save yourself from watching this. I had really hoped to like it but even after watching it two times to understand what was going on I was still left wondering "what the heck did I watch?" Just like my bad romance this drama deviated so much from what could have been a sweet story.

Overall NOT WORTH IT AT ALL

Not a BL but a Friendship based

Okay I honestly thought this a BL, but its more a friendship based story.

Even though the story is a little less plausible, however the chemistry between two main characters that was built slowly from the very first episode yielded maximum results until the end. No matter what “they called”, bromance or what so ever, but the love story amongst of those two (Yi You and Yi Ling) were very clear especially when their eyes met. ? BL's in China will, for a long time to come, have to contend with censorship laws. But those producing BL-based series are getting rather good at circumventing the censorship laws. Sure, we are not going to see kissing scenes, not to mention passionate bed scenes, but the strong romantic feelings can still be craftily portrayed. A series like Precise Shot can still capture a segment of the BL market because the love portrayed is innocent and pure whilst being quite intense at the same time.

The show was quite enjoyable to watch. It's a quick series (movie length long). The characters and plots was straight forward yet interesting.

Overall: its a sweet bromance drama, that can watched in one sitting.

Drive and Courageous, mixed a determination

Once again this was a really short and sweet drama, it showed drive and determination in order to get what you what you need to focus and go for it, it also showed how tough it is being a single independent child who is trying to pay off pay debts that were left behind and the extend he had to go through in order to pay it off.

The plot of the drama was really basic, nothing to wrap your head around, the characters were matched and did have some chemistry the running well that just made me tired (lol), but all in all it was a drama that could be watched when you literally have nothing else to do.

With “Where Your Eyes Linger” still fresh in my mind I was so ready for another amazing Korean bl, and “Mr. Heart” didn’t disappoint. I feel like they could’ve had a better name though, maybe something do with running...but that’s besides the point. I just finished this drama, and let me tell you, I’m still recovering from the huge amount of adorableness in this drama.

Overall: , this is a fluffy drama that could've done well without the gangsters debt plot that didn't do anything to the relationship between the main leads.
