I think it’s a form of him trying to protect her, the ML parents seems cold and annoyed almost like their pretending all the time, it seems like his decisions are always met with disapproval! So I think he just wants make sure FL experienced the least of this behaviour by always making the decisions and presenting them to her, he is definitely a broken character, he seems always afraid and okward. I hope to see him gain confidence and make more confident sections in later episodes not only fear!

Why must an actor be an exception! We all act crazy once in a while! Those messages were probably her weak moments in life and they were made public it’s disgusting!!
