What is wrong with the ML? Why is he always sick?

Is the romance good in all of them? Which has the best romance?

It's very good. I like the romance and chemistry between the leads. I just didn't like the FL's behaviour in the first half of the drama. She was better towards the end. I would like to see this FL in a historical drama, maybe a Xianxia or Wuxia. I think she'll do really well in this setting. She's very 🔥🔥🔥

I only watched the last 3 episodes because of the comments, and i don't want to see the FL in love with the SML for the whole drama. It's ok if it lasts a few episodes, but not for most of the drama. I'm guessing the poor ML loves her from the beginning and has to put up with her nonsense? Anyway, I'm not going to rate it because i think it's unfair from just watching the last few episodes.

That's concerning, but surely there's some romantic moments between the leads alone the way?

Welcome to dramaland, where most dramas are catered for female audiences cheering for the FL to be surrounded by multiple handsome male characters. ML's are expected to be nice, caring, protecting, courageous, and will immediately fall in love with the FL from the beginning without a second thought or hesitation. He will also need to sacrifice his life for her and be persistent in pursuing her, even if she rejects him multiple times. Apparently, the FL is allowed to reject and ponder her decisions of the ML, while the ML can not. The ML will also be prohibited from having any female characters around him except the FL. If he does, he's suddenly toxic and a red flag. Meanwhile, the FL can enjoy multiple male characters surrounding her, and that is considered normal, infact it's encouraged. ML with SFL, "toxic." FL with SML, "you go girl."

So is this one of those dramas where the FL likes and hangs out with the SML for most of the drama and then develops feelings for the ML only towards the end?

What happened?

Im on episode 21, and it's actually quite good. A simple romcom, good romance and chemistry and a beautiful FL, but she's a bit of a red flag. If you can get past the FL being a little arrogant, selfish, and insensitive, you'll probably like it. I've made a list below in a spoiler on some of the things she does you might be annoyed with. Check it out and decide for yourself.

Interesting, because usually, the first genre listed is the main genre in the drama. Romance listed first. Therefore, i thought Romance was the main focus.
