I'm all for mystery and a slow burn, but each episode has to be compelling unto itself. Aside from the big reveal at the end of Ep3, the last two Eps were totally lacking for me.

Episode 2. Exactly the same. Honestly, how can a writer have a scene where all someone says is, Get up, no, get up, no, get up, no, get up, no.... What does that tell you about a character??? If Santa wasn't so cute, I'd drop this now, but I'll speed through one more ep before I drop this.

A decent start, but so far I hate the Rain character. How is it someone doesn't have a single clue about how to change a tire? And then doesn't know how to call a mechanic when their car doesn't start? And talks out loud to no one so damn much? And is infatuated but doesn't seem to know it? And doesn't know the most famous person on campus, even though EVERYONE else knows EVERYTHING about him? And and and? Lame. And all this hype about Payu from virtually everybody. His family runs "some kind of business, but no one knows what it is." WTF? It's a mechanic's garage. How hard is it to know that? And I see his architecture degree that won him all those awards has gone to good use. I'm sure there will be hot stuff happening, and the production looks great, but I'm not sure I'll be able to suffer through Rain's whining for 13 episodes.

An interesting first episode. Like everyone, the time jumps had me confused at first, but then I started to get into the rhythm of the episode. I think I'll have to pay closer attention to clothing and weather and other signs for when scenes actually take place from here on out, though. Amagi looks like a 12 year old (his awkward movements make him seem young as well) and the ultra white foundation does not do him any justice. It detracts from his actual good looks, I find. His teeth seem too big for his mouth (nothing you can do about that, so not a criticism, but just an observation). His friend with the glasses looks 30, so I keep getting pulled out of the show wondering about ages. I liked hearing the boys from both perspectives, though. It was nice insight that you don't usually get. And I loved the score. Unusual for this type of show and something I would actually listen to. I'm intrigued and looking forward to more.

Feeling more like a movie than a BL. So serious and dramatic and full of heartache. Very well acted and directed. Mom is a bit over the top for me, but that's who her character is, so the actress is playing it well. It's unique and that makes it interesting, but I wouldn't mind a bit of lightness and some fun every now and then.

Just an average show. There were a bunch of cute moments, some endearing performances (Bomb! and Park), but also some very forced performances (Mek and Bear). The writing was all over the place. The wacky chancellor and her BL fetish just disappeared after a while, the strange leap forward in time and new tone in the last few eps. Some issues that were introduced and either unresolved (Tim and his dad) or just washed over lightly with an "I'm sorry," "No I'm sorry". (Kim and his Mom). So many couples to service made for too easily resolved conflicts. Really, Bear... you're gonna do a "Love Actually" rip-off? A bunch of handmade signs don't make up for missing an anniversary. All in all, decent, not great. Not BAD by any means, though. Probably won't re-watch but just because there just wasn't enough to make me want to come back.

Your criticisms are usually harsh (yes, I recognise the name). So, am I glad to see you go easy on this one, but…
I'm not "going easy", this one just is off to a good start. But yes, I'm a tough critic.

This is an average story. Full of so many cliches and tropes, situations we've seen a hundred times before. All the forced conflicts (including in the last 30 minutes of the entire series, yet another lying/suspicion of cheating scenario).

Yet, this is so much better than most. The production as a whole is top notch. But it's the performances that really make this stand out. War and Yin are virtually flawless here, and I can't really find fault with anyone else in the cast. But the two leads are so comfortable and natural they make it seem effortless. It's all in their reactions, their eyes, the hidden meaning behind everything. Brilliant. I will watch these two in anything. Yin, especially, impressed me, because of his growth over the last 2 years, since they shot the original mini-series. He has truly become an assured, confident actor. War has always been amazing (and one of the most beautiful).

I will watch this one again and again, and even just watch one episode here and there, since they have become like friends and i just want to be in their company for 30 minutes or so.

I will say, all the teases of potential BL couples to come in the last episode was unnecessary and forced, especially Yoo - who gave me no indication he had an interest in boys, although he was exceptionally tolerant and supportive of Vee and Mark. Are they planning to spin-off these characters into their own series? Will be interesting to see.

To be fair I'm pretty sure it's a difference in culture, especially dating culture in Korea. But that's just going…
I understand differences in cultures, but the producers should know how to make compelling TV. And seeing these guys on the live stream, they definitely should have gotten juicier material to deal with.

A decent start. I care less about the curse and more about the mystery (but wasn't there another Thai series with basically the same premise... mysterious death of a sibling at school and going "undercover" to figure it out?). Khaotung as the tough guy was surprisingly good. His face has really matured in the 2 years since Tonhon and he's looking good. Neo as well continues to get better looking. Looking forward to seeing he and Louis and their relationship progress. Not really liking the simpering queens who are protesting the uniforms, but that's minor. We'll see how this progresses, but i'm intrigued.

I am bored as hell. Things don't seem to be progressing at all. Are they NOT allowed to talk to the guy they like during the day??? I'd be on the patio sharing my life story and flirting up a storm. None of their personalities are really coming through, except the two new guys. And aside from the two new guys, I'm not sure I like any of their personalities. The game of jenga was a great discussion. Sad that things are still this way for gays around the world. I've seen 3 of these guys in a live stream and they all were much chattier, and the sexual innuendoes were FLYING. Where is that here? Strangely, they all seemed to have different jobs they were talking about during the livestream then the ones they mentioned here. Hmmm. Changmin, aside from being beautiful, is a potted plant. He just sucks the life out of the room and offers nothing. Even in the live stream where he was being very sexual, he has zero energy. And he comes off as arrogant. I'm sure they are talking and getting to know each other off-screen, but it seems the producers don't know how to make compelling television here. They even choose to keep in segments where the guys all say the same thing or keep repeating each other. How many times do we need to see someone ask, "Who made breakfast today?" I guess 7 times.
And how does that move the love connection needle? Oh yeah, it doesnt. Or they show scenes where guys sit around an DON'T talk. Hey, producers. Watch Big Brother and take a clue. And what's with all the weird subtitles "Peeking" "Getting nervous". Weird. On day 6 or whatever, those phone calls are ridiculous. All they can say is, "hello, have a nice night." If they were teenagers, I'd get it, but some of these guys are in their 30s and it's like they've never had a conversation with anyone before. Ugh. - I've only dated one Korean guy in my life and this definitely reminds me of him. Cold, bland and uninteresting.

Only good thing here was Yanase. But otherwise I felt like this was a waste of my time. Poor writing, didn't like the actor playing Kaneda nor his character, the direction was okay but didn't help overcome any of the flaws. Such a disappointment.

I've lost interest. So much time is spent on the screenwriting/movie aspect and so little on the parallel universe story, that they just should have made it about a screenwriter and a producer's son falling in love. Neither of them feels like they're having any difficulty fitting in to their new lives (aside from a few minor things that were easily resolved.). I don't understand why Talay is resistant to Tun, especially when he had a crush on him in the other world. And who the hell gets into a bathtub with an acquaintance? I think I'm dropping this one.

I'm confused. Not sure if this is two new characters with the same names, or a different timeline or a flashback or... I like the flirtation, but they seemed very much like BF on the date, not like a first date. I thought the "show me your abs" was a bit much - although tantalizing. I'm a pretty forward guy and I'd be making all kinds of innuendoes from the outset, but this moved a little faster than I was expecting. I'll tune in for Ep3, but hope it all starts to make sense somehow, cause these two are worth looking at all day.
