It's a pretty simple story. For the main couple, at least, a happy ending is guaranteed. And given the overall vibe of the series I think we'll get a happy ending for the rest of the characters too.
If your "ewww" factor is due to one of the leads seeming less mature than the other, that's understandable, but one thing I've liked about Kong's performance is that despite Rak's inexperience he shows a lot of common sense and never lets expectations guide his behavior.
Rak thinks he knows where he *should* stand in Fah's eyes and refuses to believe anything more without hearing it from Fah himself. He sticks to their arrangement without wavering. To me that's a sensible and mature outlook that a lot of adults severely lack.
Rak deserves credit for the results of his love lessons for Fah. We need only consider the stony Fah we saw in Ep01 compared to the transcendent one in Ep09.
And kudos to the series for making the transformation gradual and believable.
Kla has truly done a terrific job as director. I looked over his past projects and nothing there prepared me for the sheer excellence I see here.

He's reserved and cautious by nature but loses all inhibition around Kong. Sometimes when they're together you can sense Kong toning down his own exuberance so as not to encourage Thomas too much. Just watch their reaction video to Episode 3.

If you watch them in the second season of DMD Friendship you will love them even more. I swear, Save is an absolute angel. I love the way Auau drops all pretense with him. He fully understands how lucky he is to be the apple of Save's eye.

Based on personal experience I can assure you that it is infinitely rewatchable. I don’t want to shame myself by saying how many times I’ve already fired up the series when I need some serotonin, as you say. 😉

My bet is that this is the real scene of them meeting Rak.

Fah's flight arrives at noon, at which time he meets up with Rak, who dashes off after a brief conversation, and after Fah finds out from Babe where Rak has run off to it seems to take him several hours to finally get to the bridge.
The same early nightfall happens in Moonlight Chicken when Li Ming takes that chicken delivery to the Sargeant Major's house and meets Heart for the first time -- it's mid-afternoon when he leaves the restaurant and dead of night when he gets to the house.
Okay .. just curious .. why does every characters of Thai BL 's are Rich Kid .. like I hope they can make a character…
Thai BLs almost always feature lighter-skinned actors since light skin is highly valued in Thai culture. When you see darker-skinned actors they usually play henchmen or comedic extras.
Domundi also uses skin-smoothing effects when processing their footage. For me it's done to a tolerable extent in this series, but in Cutie Pie it was one of the things that made that series unwatchable for me. It was like the film editor had discovered a new toy and couldn't get enough of it.

I am constantly wowed by the music. As just one example, that opening theme song gets brilliantly redressed to suit so many scenes. The absolute killer for me was when they added the soaring vocalization while Fah tells his parents about Rak. Goosebumps galore!

Kudos to JJ and Tor for taking on this project but I won't hate them if they stay away from BL in the future.
