First impresion
It is genuinely great. I didn't like the start at first, but I'm so happy I continued watching, as it really is not what it seems. I like the acting, and the visuals are also incredible.
Episode 1:
* I absolutely am not a fan of them showing us the whole series in the first few minutes of the episode as an intro. (Now that I got to the point of the series that they showed at the start, I would like to take it back since it really wasnt what it seemed.)
* The way those girls won't back off even after Chiharu rejected the confession is so irritating. No means no, and he definitely did not owe them an explanation.
* That ending was so unexpected but not in a bad way. Now I'm definitely excited to see how it will continue.
Episode 2:
* I really like the cinematography of this series.
* This episode has some really beautiful views.
Episode 3:
* The classic "We actually met before when we were kids."
This one, though, is a bit more interesting since the main character thinks it was a girl.
* This episode made me wonder more about Chiharu's childhood.
Episode 4:
* Honestly, Chiharu moving to Canada was a crazy surprise. I genuinely didn't expect something like that to happen closer to the end of the series.
Episode 5:
* Genuinely a heartbreaking episode.
* I definitely didn't expect that, but I'm guessing the last half of the series will be with Wataru and Chiharu being adults. Which is honestly a great switch to the usual school BLs; it's nice to see main leads grow up and see their life together as adults.
Episode 6:
* I just love Wataru's friends so much, they are so supportive and are there for him when needed. They are such great friends.
* I am so excited to watch more now that I know that the rest of the series is about the main leads relationship as adults after Chiharu comes back from Canada. That was unexpected but honestly a really good plot twist.
* After the first episode I really thought that I figured it all out, and so I wasn't a fan of it. And I ended up putting it on hold, but I'm so happy I came back because this series is actually incredible.
Episode 7-9:
* I don't think Chiharu will actually go back to Canada, but at the same time why would he go to the meeting about it? I'm worried for their relationship if it's going to end up being the case, but all we can do is wait and see.
* Chiharu's college friend Akiyoshi definitely has a crush on him. Which honestly makes me worried about Akiyoshi potentially trying to get between Wataru and Chiharu.
