A streaming platform does business in 2 ways - by obtaining rights for producing an original and broadcasting an already released drama. For producing an original, the platform like any other production house, goes through the script. They just don't pick up any other script to produce because at the end of the day it's all about the numbers.

Then are you saying that they just pick any random drama to broadcast?

Ofcourse, these are all streaming platforms..... That is what I am trying to say, it should be on Netflix.

Only kdrama fans know about this drama where as squid games had become face of Korean drama.... I feel this drama is far superior compared to squid games on every front, so everyone should watch this

The only mistake (a big one) that Kim Do Shik did was not to kill Min Yong Joon when he had the opportunity.

What a show, it amazes me every week.....I still think its a wasted opportunity as it is not airing on Netflix. Netflix is king of marketing. This drama would have become a bigger hit than Squid Games had it been on Netflix...

I am just amazed at this point of time...................
It just took a day trip for Do Ha to get to Eom Ji's dad and he could be the possible suspect....How come police miss this point. Ok!! Police investigation was sold off but how did Eom Ji's brother miss this....he tried to investigate this on his own so how did he miss his father's shady behavior and his motive for insurance money. I understand that Do ha was the last person to be seen with Eon Ji but there should be a motive for him to kill her. Even police narrow down on suspects based on motive behind the murder.

Though the father is a trash, i doubt he killed her. I think its the CEO's brother who killed her. He might have killed her when he was drunk. CEO just covered for his brother by kinda blackmailing Do Ha's mom. Anyway, she had her career at stake so she just went with whatever the CEO told her..........

That's what i thought "There is no free lunch in this world" so how come the CEO gave false alibi to save Do Ha. Looks like he was just covering for his brother....

Initially i used feel bad for Eom Ho, i could feel his frustration on not finding his sister's body nor her murderer...but now after seeing his actions so far, i wonder why he didn't protect her from their father to begin with. He is a well built guy, instead of showing his frustration on Do hHa, he should have corrected the wrong in the 1st place. He could have just protected his sister from their drunkard father or could have even killed him as he was violent towards his sister.......If he wants justice then he should have started with his father than blaming others or harming innocent people...what a coward....

Do ha gave a perfectly valid reason as to why he wants to leave the company. Ofcourse Duek Chan would be jealous because he is leaving the company but wants to stay by sol hee's side. I am seeing it as jealousy. He was sure that do ha never liked sayon so he never felt threatened. Now he actually feels that he is loosing do ha that is why he immediately went to his mom to indirectly bitch about sol hee and he knew that do Ha's mom would go look for sol hee.
About the kid, obviously he loves his daughter but nothing showed that he loves his wife. Infact he was waiting for do Ha's message while having dinner with his family. Obviously he was taken back when he suddenly saw his wife's lover's text

A crazy theory came to my mind...lol
Initially I thought Duek Chan might not be the murderer, he might just know the truth or he might have worked with Do Ha's mom in taking care of the body.....but I now think that

He is gay. He has liked/loved Do ha all along. That is the reason he was not so affected by his wife cheating on him ( I was thinking why did they show this detail but now it makes sense).... No husband/wife will be ok with his/her spouse cheating on them...... He really cared for Do ha, that is why even Sol hee detected initially that he truly cares for Do ha and now he even trusts him. It was shown as a lie when he congratulated her for their relationship but he didn't mean it as he likes do ha. He was definitely worried when do Ha's ex's brother showed up in the city..his concerns were genuine....So he might have killed Do Ha's ex as she was threatening him, also helped do ha in creating an alibi. Who would go to this extent to help someone..........
I am definitely sure now that he is gay. This would be a good twist

I wonder how would Lee Kang Hoon's dad( convenience store owner -- who has super strength and speed) and the PE teacher would fit into this....they were not part of the black agents in the past.... I guess, their story is next

Exactly.... Even I think she is not a murderer, she values her politician career way too much so she won't jeopardize her career

All the characters in a show will have some purpose, ofcourse that is the way of storytelling....
In this show as well, i believe all the characters are set up in a way to contribute to the story.

1) Those 3 store owners - ...i think they are not just there for comedic relief but they are going to support Do Ha when things come into light about the case
2) Sol hee's dad - The reason he is in the woods and the timing he was shown again to the audience is not just a coincidence . It might be related to the case. Him being in the woods and the body being found in the woods, too much of a coincidence
3) Do ha's mom - The reason she was sure about not finding the ex's body might be she is somewhat involved in disposal of the body (maynot be the murderer , she values her career way too much)
4) Duek Chan - may not be involved in anything but he might know the truth. I don't know why they showed about his cheating wife. Why is that information relevant. Maybe to show his behavior I guess

My speculation : Do ha's ex did really cut her wrist and loses consciousness thinking and waiting for Do Ha to return.....I think do ha's mom sees her in unconscious state thinking she is dead and take her conscious body to dispose(assuming Do ha killed her or something). Later mom might have realised that the ex was still alive when she was buried but too late to go back .....just my theory lol

I am suspecting somebody followed them from that restaurant and killed her once seung ju left the scene
