His last words to her at the end of the last episode out were enough… this is a kdrama but in real life I would never forgive a person that tells me that no matter what motive they have…
Wang Kai won the Best Actor award at the 7th Wenrong Awards (2020) for his role in the television drama Serenade of Peaceful Joy.
This drama was nominated - 33rd China TV Drama Feitian Award or Flying Apsaras Award and - 27th Shanghai TV Festival Magnolia Award for Best Supporting Actress (Ren Min) and for Best Art
It has a Douban of 6.4
MDL ratings are inflated for popularity, not quality of drama. Maybe it's a bit too long 69 episodes, who has attention span or time?
There seem to be organized groups of trolls on MDL and their job is to give super low ratings for kdramas and INDIVIDUAL EPISODES THAT DID NOT AIR YET I caught 13 users low-rated individual episodes that did not air yet on WAATH and 17 such on FFL. I didnt check other dramas, but this must be happening there too. As soon as a kdrama rating is high, magically the rating goes down.
MDL needs to put IF THEN ELSE into their software and not let users rate individual episodes that did not air yet. This DEFINITELY has to be implemented, users cannot possibly rate an individual episode that did not air yet... !
And the fix is super simple IF current_date > episode_airing_date THEN ____ old software for rating ___ ELSE display error message " cant rate a future ep"
Also, it could be helpful to allow users to text-review partially completed dramas, but not be able to give star rating until the drama finishes airing. That's food for thought :) And also a very simple IF THEN ELSE fix...
IF current_date > drama_end_date THEN ___ old software for giving star rating ___ ELSE display message "error cannot star rate drama until it ends airing" ENF OF IF ___ old software for text review ____

I get what you're saying, but there's a key difference between The Glory and real-life cases. In The Glory, the bullies never changed—they were still terrible people even years later, so the revenge felt justified. But in real life, we can never truly know how much someone has repented or changed over the years. Holding someone accountable is important, but does every childhood mistake warrant lifelong punishment?
Also, the bullying in The Glory was extreme—physical violence, torture, and life-altering trauma. But in some real-life cases involving idols, even minor verbal fights or childish mistakes from school days get labeled as 'bullying,' which isn't always fair. Shouldn't we at least consider the severity of the actions before jumping to conclusions?
The double standards of some Asian dramas watchers are so clear,
In the dramas like THE GLORY they support the main lead to take the revenge against bullies even after so many years, but when it comes to reality they will say it was done when they are kids, people will change blahhh blahhh, and some Oppa / Noona stans even blames the victims saying why she/he didn't say when they are in the schools, why is she talking about it now after my oppa/noona became popular, she just wants attention blahhhh blahhh
Why are you supporting a fictional character to take revenge but not the real person ???
