If you look at his page you’ll notice he’s had steady work after his military days. Lucky for him, he’s in a position where he can be selective about his work. Also, in many cases, product endorsements pays better than acting.

I agree. In S1, we had an ensemble cast all working towards a common goal. This season felt too scattered and never developed any of the new characters enough where you could feel for them. I have a fear that, in S3, they might try to follow the “X-Men” narrative with a government versus humanoid monster power struggle.

In an earlier interview he mentioned focusing on strengthening his back for the scenes but didn’t mention gluteal exercises. Now I imagine he spent a lot of time doing deadlifts before filming.

I started this thinking I could watch a few episodes a day and timed it just right for the ending. Unfortunately, I couldn’t help binge watching the series and was left with a 3 day void until the last episode. Good news though… the OCD withdrawal has resulted in me re-grouting my shower.

With a list like this — there should be a “down vote" option.

The director and producers had to re-edit the whole series following Kim Sae Ron’s mishap. I wonder if they had ignored her legal woes and released the show as intended, how different it would be?

I agree. But not only that, more seasoned actors with more “clout” garner higher wages even if they are as talented as the 20-30 yr generation that are out there.

I think there are so many talented younger actors like Park Ji Hoon out there. After watching Si Wan in “Unlocked,” and “Emergency Declaration” I tend to like him in more mature roles.

So… a 30+ yr old Si Wan has been cast to play a high schooler? Go figure.

Anything that Choi Jung-in is involved in seems to make the series much better (“Sky Castle”, “Snowdrop”, “Nevertheless”.)
