Scenes where Americans speak English and Koreans Korean to each other look like a joke to me. Do the authors believe…
Hahaha, it's still better than that mess of a Cantonese attempt in Was It Love. And I personally can't criticize because that's basically how my parents and I communicate lol. I've decided to invent the excuse that both sides have excellent listening comprehension but are too lazy to speak the other language.
Lol, I'm only a couple episodes in and I like it, but man. These people getting borderline triggered by people "disrespecting" the game is kinda hilarious. If I lived around people like that, I'd avoid them like the plague.
Am I weird but I actually think the same way as the female lead? I hate marriage and can't imagine myself with…
I wouldn't say you're weird. There's a video on Youtube somewhere that's an interview with a Chinese CEO/business owner who wanted a family but not a husband, and so got daughter through a sperm donor.
Does anyone know the French song playing in the background when QinXin (long haired girl) and YiXing (dude who messed up his first date) were talking in episode 9, at around 47:13?
It's alright. It's more interesting to think about the characters and their motivations/reasons rather than the plot itself. It's a good afternoon watch if you've got nothing else.
I just noticed too that in some twisted way Do MinSeok cared for his kids. He knew himself to be abnormal but…
He has an oddly paternal side to him lol. Even with Hee Sung, he was showing him the ropes of getting away with serial murder. And he only threatened to kill him, giving him a chance to "learn not to go against me" rather than "oops you done done it son".
I don't think she died. Moojin knows where she is, he probably went to pick them up and saw her. It might be though…
Well, given her personality, I would also attribute it to her feeling like a deer in headlights. There's this very innate sense of fear that paralyzes you when you face off an opponent that is much, much stronger than you (or at least I do, even when playing tag with my brother). The fact that she has always been rather delicate and is currently carrying a lot of mental and emotional baggage probably wouldn't doesn't help with maintaining rationality under distress.
Well, relative to the lack of angst in my life, it's like a chocolate cake after a 100-day diet lol. Best thing about drama angst is it ain't personal and it doesn't have lasting real-life side effects.
I'm not the biggest fan of the soundtrack in this drama, but don't totally hate it. It's used as a mood-setter,…
True. I didn't really like it in the beginning, but then I got used to it and now it's above average. The only drama with a flawless soundtrack to my ears is Goblin. I haven't really heard another one that really stands out, where you can hear it and love it and also know exactly which drama it's from (I mean, other dramas do have main themes or awesome tracks that do stand out, but it's rarely the entire instrumental+song osts). I really love the beginning of the instrumental that starts with water drop-like sounds. I wish they expanded on that and kept the water dropping rather than almost immediately return to the voice + string music.
how is the video that hyun su found in moojin's apartment in ep 3 related to moojin? can someone explain why hyun…
Adding on to that, I feel like it might also be a crime to not report a crime? I don't really know, but I've somehow been under that assumption since forever.
