Too early in the drama, I guess, for JW to actually start turning the tables on her enemies too much. They need to pile up some more bad deeds and hurt her more.

It's so funny that the actor playing the dad is 10 years older than the actor playing the mom.

Think about it as one of those celebrating to early fails.

Seong Jae's parents treat their children as their property, controlling them for their own selfish desires. They don't treat them as adults with the right to make their own decisions as individual adults.

Subin's parents honestly think they are looking out for her best interest. This includes JH. He also thinks it's his job to protect his sister. But, they do not treat Subin as an adult either.

It also does not help that while Seong Jae was fighting with all his conviction to convince her parents, Subin sat in the kitchen like a frog on a log and did nothing. She, after all, was the one who insisted on their relationship from the beginning. She should not have started this if she was not prepared to defend it. She proved that she deserved to be treated like a minor child by her parents.

Looks like next week, all hell is going to break loose. I'm so ready for it.

Yeong Ra is really turning out to be my favorite character in this drama.

They won't if they stand together and overcome the objections and resist people who oppose their relationship. They are in their 30s now and it's time to set some boundaries. They can still respect their families opinions, but respect is a two way street.

I am so ready for Seong Hui's toxic world to start slowly falling apart. Her being exposed as the monster she is can't happen all at once.
