Bored stiff during the first episode. Not interested in either main lead (both dull and bland actors, IMO) and…
Tell us what you think after Ep 2 but I dropped it as it didn't get any better for me. The plot is a mess and the actors are uninteresting. The male lead can't even remember his name but he might as well be an empty piece of paper he's so uninteresting. The plot is the main problem tho. The first 15 minutes were great then it went all over the place with the writer not seeming to have decided where she/he wants to go with it (too lazy to see who wrote it as I can't muster up energy to care :) EDIT: Remembered I saw the main actor in Alchemy of Souls. Loved the drama but hated him in that too, he's plain and uninteresting.

Omg are you watching the same show ..How can you say...Messy second half when the drama is logically pulling off…
It isn't well written. The plot is all over the place in the first episode, and not much better in the second. A drop for me as I hate all the side characters and the main actors are not interesting either.

First episode, had an interesting first half, messy second half. I'm not seeing a cohesive plot so far and I can…
Just finished Episode 2, it doesn't get better. It's a drop for me as, like you said, plot is all over the place and the side characters are horrible.

Gu Won is canonically 31 y/o, but it's a compliment that you mistook Junho as a 23 y/o😅
He's 31 in the show.

The characters and the cast are so good. I have a big smile on my face from the minute every episode starts thru to its end :)

He’s not underweight
That's still crazy low. Even he admitted in one video he has days when he's not working on a project where he pounds down food as he knows he isn't getting the right nutrition for an adult man. Not critizing him, it's his body and it's better to be thin than obese, but it shows how crazy the Korean entertainment industry is with their impossible expectations.

Look at the women - stick thin, no boobs, flat asses and thighs you could snap like a twig they're so thin.

I lived in Korea for a bit and saw one actress at the airport, won't name her as it's mean, and I could not believe she was still standing she was so crazy thin.

Koreans overall are thin, but few are as thin as the people in the entertainment industry.

You should see the ratings in IMDB & Google 😅😅 and the ratings for the hotels and restaurants included in…
Not when all those people who rated it as a 1, hundreds of them, signed up to the site JUST to downrate it. Shows the lack of intelligence of these people as ratings at MDL have no bearing on a drama's success, and proved they were nothing more than Arab trolls having a temper tantrum over a pretend prince.

I would guess if an account that had been on the site for a long time downrated the drama, MDL left it. Those who showed up just to be an a-hole however, they dumped. Probably deleted their accounts as well?

He’s not underweight
He's very thin. Don't forget the camera adds at least 5 kilos. I also watched a video where he said he only eats 1,200 calories a day. That's crazy low and nutritionally deficient for a man 1.78 meters tall.

More interesting in what way? Man ain't had but 10 lines so far and all he does is 'rescue' her. What are you…
That's why I think he's bland. Doesn't say much and just jumps in to rescue her every time she's struggling but still isn't man enough to officially ask her out. Had a couple of guys like that in my life. Constantly hanging around but not doing much else. Never dated any of them as a guy with bigger balls eventually showed up and shoved them aside :)

I can't figure that one out, because she was obviously interested in him from the beginning, but then continues…
It's odd. He likes her it's obvious, but she ignores him and obsesses over selling her duty free quota instead.

I would have told that horrible woman boss to shove the duty free where the sun don't shine and then quit. I guess Koreans have more patience when being abused by their bosses than I do :)

Yeah, a lot of fans me included have been doing this for 4 days straight. I myself wrote around 200 comments on…
Every account was only opened a few days ago, and Instagram does nothing to stop them

But we all know the people who own Instagram don't care about anything but making more money. Even if their users are targeted with death threats or even murdered, they will do nothing to stop it.

So I have now closed my Instagram account because of it. I will not support a platform that allows that much hatred and threats of violence and does nothing. Well it should be expected I suppose as it is the same site that does nothing to stop pedophiles going after kids on the site either.

Arab leaders are some of the world's worst too. Obscenely wealthy while the average Arab lives poorer lives than most people in the west, and they don't care one bit for the average Arab. But these morons are defending them.

I am surprised the Indian community hasn't gone to his defense, at least on his Instagram page which is toxic with Arabs. Maybe they have and I just missed it? Or maybe most Indians who watch K-drama have missed the hate the poor guy is getting?

They should. And they should also delete the ratings for unaired episodes. It’s not fair at all.
It might have started with two guys coding, but now it's one of the most-visited sites on the Internet

https://www.similarweb.com/website/mydramalist.com/#overview

and they have a big team running it. They make a fortune from it, look at all the advertising on every page, more advertising than half the sites I visit. They have plenty of money to get the site's problems fixed but choose to run an antiquated site instead.

Yeah but if you have the full episodes stored somewhere you can watch it the way it was created by the director and not only a 2 minute scene on YouTube. I downloaded all 8 episodes yesterday from ViewAsian and will download the next 8 when they release.

So, JTBC actually released the apology in Arabic. Are they pushovers or something? Apology or not, literally nothing…
They are also still attacking the actor who played Samir. Thousands of comments every hour threatening him not only with death but with "we will stop any producer from ever hiring you again. Your career is over".

I mean imagine that poor guy, he must have been so happy to get that part, and you could tell he had a fabulous time playing it. Now he has tens of thousands of Arab terrorists and yeah, that's what they are, threating his livelihood and his life.

Makes me want to cry for him.

Disgusting behavior from a class of people who are worse than sub-human.

Yeah I used the term sub-human yesterday as anyone who threatens the lives of actors over a drama should be walled off from the rest of us. But I think that term isn't even strong enough.

I'm telling you it will be a cold day in hell before I pay for, watch, read, eat, listen to anything from an Arab country again.

Arab K-drama "fans" should also be shunned by the rest of us as they all are in one of two camps a) threatening the lives of actors or violence against JTBC or b) whining about how they don't support that behavior but doing nothing to stop it. You don't speak out you're complicit, IMO, and as much to blame.

And it will continue. Arabs en masse have proven themselves to be some of the most insane, most terroristic people on the planet. The harassment and abuse won't stop until JTBC shuts down comments on their social media accounts and ignores them. People this insane will find another thing to be outraged about next week if JTBC simply ignored them.
