Good to know. Now I'm boycotting everything that comes out of the Middle East (just cancelled my Etihad flight…

I'm a Muslim as well, since this case started approaching I noticed there's a lot ppl dropped the drama. This…
Thanks I'll head off to watch it. Because if Arab trolls hate it, it must be good.

LOL they targeting this drama now: https://mydramalist.com/23777-man-who-dies-to-live
JTBC shouldn't have apologized. You cannot appease Arab trolls still living in the 13th century. Why even try?

The portrayal of this Arab prince in the drama was wrong. Arab Princes and Arab millionnaires, when they travel…
That's why all this fake outrage from poor and middle class Arabs about King the Land is so stupid. The elite Arabs who rule these social media trolls do whatever they want, don't follow Arab culture or Muslim law and, like you said, can be some of the worst people in the world.

They must be laughing at the people on social media complaining about a fictional prince, as they know how they behave in real life is much worse.

Remember the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi. Murdered in the Saudi Arabian embassy in Turkey by a bunch of Saudi assassins (thugs), and all sanctioned by the crown prince of Saudi Arabia.

If I was from Saudi Arabia I'd take King the Land's Samir before I"d accept the insane thug Mohammed bin Salman (crown prince of SA) as my representative.

I'm so glad I watched it before they remove it.
I've downloaded every episode from one of the less legal sites. So it doesn't matter to me if the Arabs think editing the scenes that offend them will make this go away. I now have all 8 episodes in storage in the cloud with Samir in his original form.

Do you think we are happy with what Hollywood and Bollywood are doing? 🙂Do you think that we do not attack…
Good to know.

Now I'm boycotting everything that comes out of the Middle East (just cancelled my Etihad flight to the U.S. in September and rebooked it on United because with this latest disturbing behavior (Arabs on social media threatening the lives of ACTORS) Arabs are toxic

Now I'm going to Spotify to remove the Arab songs on my Spotify Liked Songs list and will be unfollowing the Arab YouTubers I watch. Two can play at that game and, sad for you, there are more non-Arabs than Arabs.

See this is where your insanity over a fictional prince from a Not Named Culture or Country gets you . People like me vowing to never buy/support another thing coming out of an Arab country until your culture joins the 21st century and stops using social media to destroy people's lives.

ROTFL. Funny isn't it how the tens of thousands of Arab trolls now all over social media attacking Koreans, calling them names, threatening them, including threatening violence, threatening their careers and their livelihoods just because they were "offended" about a "fucking drama" isn't "racist" at all to hear the Arabs talk.

But the minute someone says "Then I will be doing the same thing Arabs are doing to Koreans to Arabs (minus the threats of violence) the Arab response? -- "OH MY GOD YOU'RE A RACIST".

Listen to yourself, because you don't get much more ignorant than that.

JTBC just made an enormous mistake. They have "apologized" for the scenes featuring Samir. The result? Already…
Yeah the wailing will still be going on a week from now. JTBC are fools if they think this will solve anything.

Same behavior as tens of thousands of lunatic Arabs boycotting King the Land and demanding JTBC kowtow to everything they want. THIS is what that kind of behavior does. Makes the rest of us detest Arabs for how they behave and, so, we react accordingly.

So strange to me, as Arabs already have a terrible reputation around the world. Sad so many just want to make that reputation even worse.

Wondering if Sarang & Guwon will have misunderstandings & break up in the last 8 episodes. Do all romcoms have…
Doubt it. I think from now on they'll be concentrating on Gu Won beating his horrible sister. Then again, I could be wrong. But no not all rom coms have break ups.

Title Hotel King
Personally, I actually enjoy this drama. Even if you skip a bit of episodes, you’ll still know where they are…
Me too. Gave it a 9 out of 10. Yes it would have been better with a max 24 episodes, but I still found it very enjoyable.

No but I did just cancel my flight on Etihad Air and rebooked it via United. Because if THIS is how Arabs behave, from now on any Arab product/service/show/food is now being boycotted by me. Boycotts work both ways, and I hate to tell you, but there are more non-Arabs than Arabs. So there's that.

I've had it on hold since Ep 4 and finally accepted I'm never going back to it :) It's very bland and the lack of chemistry between the main pair just makes it too dull for me.

Yep, it's so "silly" it's the Number 1 TV Show on Netflix worldwide.
ROTFL, you know NOTHING about entertainment do you. Netflix released statistics last year showing 80% of their users watch Korean dramas, and most of them are in the U.S. and Europe. K-dramas are HUGE in America. Have been for a couple of decades now.

Yep. It's the #1 TV show worldwide on Netflix. ZERO chance JTBC will cancel or delete anything, and very little chance they will apologize. Especially as there is nothing to apologize for -- "Whoops, sorry, we made a Arab man appear to be sweet, funny, nice to women and a good person. Sorry about that" :)

Sorry but the "not respecting women" part. Does your society respect your women? 😐🤔
Middle Eastern cultures are known worldwide as being some of the most misogynistic. Hell in some Middle Eastern countries women aren't even allowed to drive or leave the house without a man going with them. But now Arabs are offended that an Arab prince drinks, likes women and treats them nicely. And they wonder why the Middle East is still thought of as one of the most misogynistic regions of the world.
