I like him as a character, but I have a problem with reading his expression all the time. It's up to the actor's poor acting.

I noticed something. Uk has two mothers and two fathers. He is lucky with two amazing and kind mothers. But it is totally different with fathers, his luck is the worst when it comes to fathers.
His biological mother was kind and loving, but died in his childbirth. His second mother, Kim Do Ju who raised him with kindness and affection.
His father Jang Kang is just a mess creater, abandoned and left him all these years. Not to mention the late King is total jerk who was just to fun before he died.

Don't rely on science about it.

I think they decided to lessen main leads screentimes, and focus on side characters.

One thing why I love Uk even more is that he is so relatable with us. K-drama ML standard has been changed for better or worse. Uk does not need to be a perfect ML or so-called standard. He is just unique without even trying.
