Don't change the settings, Your computer may get infected from other websites.

The correct way: In the page that shows up click on Advanced(it is written in the page)--Proceed at your own risk, and you will be able to access the forums. (It will not interfere your phishing and malware protection on other websites)

Do not change the setting.. This will make phishing and malware protection not work on other infected websites. DO NOT DO IT! It will risk your computer being infected from other websites.
